"We highly recommend US Waterproofing. Unfortunately, after repeated issues (we’ve had water getting through a basement door, water backing up from drain/sewer pipe, foundation cracks – all which were addressed) we now have had issues with hydrostatic water pressure delivering a great deal of water to our finished basement. Only one solution – drain tiles and sump pump installation. US Waterproofing was outstanding, every step of the way. They communicated clearly what was needed, and much to our surprise, what was not. They did not ever try to sell us anything that was not needed – only what was – installation of drain tile, window well drains, sump pump, and all work related. All of the crews involved were outstanding – in particular, the crews installing the drain tile and sump pump. The supervisor clearly and concisely explained every step – and when issues arose, they were dealt with promptly. The teams removing drywall and reinstalling also did very good work, and were very responsive. Everything was done correctly, and on schedule The work is now complete – and the basement is back to normal. I commend USW on all facets – they explained everything, did not try to oversell anything, and were responsive to issues as they arose. All the way around – sales, customer support, install teams – outstanding. If you have an issue with water in your home, please consider US Waterproofing."

"The link on Angie's List to their website www.rockfordremodelingcontractor.org does not go to the correct website.  The second phone number listed is no longer a working number.  These have been fixed.  I did another call on Sunday night and he called backed within 30 minutes.  Apparently this company does not want to be listed under Painting-Interior, because they are no longer there.  I was referred to one of their subcontractors."

"Provider contacted me in a timely manner, and was able to schedule service at a date and time that was acceptable to me. Unfortunately, their truck broke down the day before my appointment. They called and told me what was happening, to let me know the truck might not be repaired in time for them to keep my appointment. The next morning, the day of my appointment, they called again to let me know the truck wasn't fixed yet and that they would need to reschedule. I needed plumbing work done before a weekend party but they didn't have any openings available before then. After my phone conversation with them I left the house, and later called another plumber and scheduled the work I needed to have done. After I was gone Catenzaro & Sons called back again and left a message saying they would take another truck so they could keep my appointment, but I didn't receive that message until later in the day, after the scheduled time for my appointment. They did everything right given the situation, and I would not hesitate to contact them in the future for plumbing services."
