"Henry did a great job he even repaired some cracks which were not originally priced out. I am very pleased with the work he did."

"After at least 30 years of major wear and tear, our bluestone patio around our swimming pool required a MAJOR restoration. The bids we got from folks ranged widely, but only Ion seemed to understand what it would take and came in with a more than reasonable bid. This was no small project and took over two weeks to complete, and every step of the way Ion and his one-person crew were on the job promptly each morning and took care to consult us on every issue that came up. He also took the time to make certain we could deal with various daily tasks and even a major crisis (our water heater tank broke, flooding the basement in week two -- meaning they had to deal with heavy traffic in and around their working area at times). Despite the tumult, the progressed nicely throughout.... The restoration itself looks wonderful and enhanced the look (and certainly the value) of the property. We were constantly consulted on decisions related to material and design, and the Ion's craftsmanship is evident in the final product. We highly recommend I.C. Masonry and Ion will be our first call whenever we have need for his skills."

"The project went great, from the first phone call to the end of the job. We were called a day before to confirm the arrival time, and the work crew arrived on schedule. It turned out they had some additional material from a previous job that day, so they actually repaired a bit more of the wall than had been agreed on, which we really appreciated. When we originally scheduled the job, we were given information on other services that Pioneer Basement provides, but at no time were we given any sales pitches. We're very confident that we picked the right firm to do our foundation repairs -- we'll definitely call them first for any similar work, and will recommend them to friends."

"Patrick came out to fix my foundation in the basement. His quote was more the fair and the work he did was excellent. He was prompt, responsive and thorough. The foundation looks good as new! I will be calling again when I need a mason!"

"Everything completed as rescheduled after a weather delay. The crews arrived on time, did the project (2 foundation Cracks, and cleaned up"

"Learned about repairing concrete cracks in a foundation."

"Everything so far is good , It was a big improvement that's for sure, I will call them again."

"Later Edit: The company followed up with me and ultimately came back out to address the issue. It's not a perfect repair, but it does allow me to connect my dehumidifier, which was my main priority in asking them to return. I have been trying to resolve a problem for 6 months regarding part of the job that the workmen had mishandled. It was a minor, quick fix, but once I paid, they were gone for good. There were also some questionable communication practices, where the workmen would question a piece of the contract and try to negotiate a better solution than had been proposed for cash on top of the contract amount."

"Everlast construction was professional and prompt. They repaired our back deck which need several boards replaced. They also repaired an outdoor shower. I am very pleased with the results and recommend Everlast construction!"

"Angel was exceptional, professional, efficient, clean and responsive to every request, fixed numerous issues related to my toilets, noticed a flooring issue that we are now addressing and diagnosed a water heater issue that had been attributed falsely to a foundation issue saving us thousands. They are expensive compared to many but worth every penny we spent."
