"I had what I can only describe as perfect experience with Mount Valley. From the second I found a crack forming in the brick veneer under a window, until the job was done, each step was perfect. When I first called, it was fast and easy to get a rep sent over. They called to remind me of the appointment the day before. The rep called me on his way and gave me an ETA. The rep measured and explained the whole process and what would be needed to properly fix. He offered financing and a discount! Once the repair date was set, they called a few days ahead to confirm the day still worked for me. The crew called when they were on the way to give an ETA. Aubrey McJunkin led the crew assisted by Riley McQueen. They explained what they were going to do and got right to it. Aubrey estimated what time they would finish (spoiler alert- he was spot on by 3 minutes, which was probably due to me talking to the crew, haha) they showed great care with my yard by laying down plywood to drive the excavator on. They didn't mess a blade of grass up. They came with everything they needed and fixed the crack so well, I'm not even sure I'll need to re-grout it! Aubrey explained they opened a permit and would need to leave the holes open until the permit inspector comes and then they will send a crew to fill in. Let me tell you, if you are having a foundation issue, you would be a fool not to call Mount Valley. Companies like this don't stay in business as long as they have by doing poor work, they do it by treating their customers like they did with me and earning a review like this."

"They gave me options on which way was best for my situation weather it was less or more money, My encapsulation went from spooky to Wow,they took pictures and showed me where I had problems with the floor joists before and after they repaired, I would have never crawled under to see if it was done. This company is very honest and not trying to take your money. Highly recommended"

"From start to finish they were professional, punctual, and dependable. I would recommend them to anyone with foundation issues. Also, they had the best prices of the three companies that quoted the job! I was concerned about what my lawn would look like after the Helical Piers were installed but they made it look perfect. I couldn't even tell where the piers were installed when the technicians finished the job."

"Project went very well and the team worked quickly. Everything that I wanted was accomplished. The only issue is a crack that has developed on the back patio. This is due to the existing patio being poured over and not cut out due to being monolithic with the house foundation. The difference is how the concrete was married together is the reason for the crack and not the fault of work. Reason for 4 star is some property was damaged by operator of a skid steer. Parts were paid for by contractor but operator could have been more careful to avoid the issue altogether. Highly recommend."

"Mr. Miller, with Apex, is SUPER easy to work with and will do you good! They did an awesome job with removing and adding new insulation. They ended up going above and beyond and even doing a little extra work for me!"

"It is really hard to get a small job done. M&A was wonderful. I only needed 2 yards of soil. The workers they sent were very efficient and very easy to work with. I am very happy with the job."

"Lowcountry Foundation Repair came highly recommended by our contractor and they did not disappoint. The team was AMAZING! Super responsive, professional, very hard working and diligent. The team worked clean and did a gorgeous job on our crawlspace encapsulation. Alex and his team (Francis & Dedric) were THE BEST. We really had a great experience and are so grateful for their expert work. They're really an impressive team."

"Knowledgeable, courteous and professional work staff. No nonsense with estimates straight talk and very honest with opinion on quote."

"Job done right and quickly. Reasonable price tom was great"

"They attempted to replace a part in the water heater and when it did not solve the problem, they immediately diagnosed that our water heater needed to be replaced at a cost of $2,100 as the old one was "dead". Once they replaced our system with a brand new one, the problem persisted. At that time they recommended that the plumbing connected to the water heater needed to be replaced as they were old. Once they did that, the system started working. The above process proved to us that the original diagnosis was not accurate and that our existing water heater was not the problem to begin with as their new one also did not produce hot water until the pipes was fixed and we could've fixed the problem with a couple of hundreds of dollars of fixing the plumbing rather than a $2,100 unnecessary expense of changing the system. I asked them to take our old water heater and clean it up and bring it back for installation in a different location in our house. They kept our old system for over a month but never did any work on it and when I called and left a message for the owner of the business to get an update on the status of our repair, my calls would not be returned until I left a message that I would dispute my credit card payment of $2,100 if I did not get a return call with a status on the return of our old water heater; at which time the owner called back immediately and started yelling and screaming and accusing me of being the rudest person he had dealt with. I reminded him to think about his comment as he was the one who was not returning customers calls and that he was screaming at a customer and invited him to think as to who was the rude person. I asked him to return our heater which he did the following Monday and left it at our backdoor. I recommend you always get a second opinion on their recommendations before you award them a job."
