"The man who did my foundation repair (removed rotted timber from under front door and installed new rot proof wood, then added concrete facing) was competent and friendly. He insured that the job was long lasting and secure. The front porch had sunken over time. His concrete facing was installed in such a way that future leveling of the porch will be difficult."

"They did both foundation and basement drainage work for us. Very reliable and works great!"

"I needed to have the crawlspace in my old home encapsulated, 58 Foundations really fit the bill! They were middle of the road in terms of the estimates I got, not the highest and not the cheapest. The combination of their warranty, materials used, and process are what sold me. The team that did all of the work, including insulating the block wall (which has already made a large difference) were very polite and professional. Zeke, Tanner, and Hunter communicated about the process, when different parts would be done and when we could expect them on day two. Overall we are very happy with the results. The crawlspace is warmer, the air is cleaner, and most importantly it is finally nice and dry!"

"Very professional, done a top notch job insulating my attic. Pricing was very reasonable and scheduling was punctual. Communicated through the job and finished up very quickly. Highly recommended"

"Rad Property Solutions poured a concrete slab in our basement and turned it into a usable space. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they were also clear and professional in their communication and pricing. We will absolutely use them again for all of our future projects."

I started off in a skid steer at young age with my family owning an excavation business and became very interested at a young age. I’ve been in excavation full time since I was 15 years old working at 2 grading company’s one residential and the other commercial to better my knowledge for whatever the job throws at my crew and I.

"From the beginning, Shane was responsive and honest. The quote given was thorough and covered every detail of the expected work. Of course we encountered the unexpected and ended up with essentially a new foundation, but through every step, we were shown the issues and options were discussed so we could make an informed decision. The crew we had (Oscar, Sebastian, and Malardo) were excellent and went above and beyond what was needed to repair the foundation, identify current and potential issues (even outside of the foundation work), and ensure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. They even adjusted the cat door opening when they rehung our door! If you are looking to have honest, quality work done at a fair price, look no further, this is your company!"

"He was punctual, polite, professional and very pleasant to work with. He did not waste time. He and his helper helped me with 3 distinct job: replacing a cracked toilet, installing a new shower head and replacing a disposal. His prices were spot-on and I will have him back to install a new vanity in my bathroom. THANK YOU Cale and Eric!"
