"Alpha Foundations did an excellent job on our lanai. In the process of stabilizing the lanai slab, they remedied the cracks and uneven surface caused by a combination of ground settling and improper installation during the initial house construction. They were knowledgeable and professional, explained what they were doing very well, were very detail oriented, and demonstrated great customer service. They exceeded our expectations and we would very much recommend them to others needing similar services."

"Got the job done. Recommended another option which was some much better (all cement over pavers) & I couldn’t ask for a better outcome."

"David and his team are clearly superior contractors and they assisted me to fix the water damage to my home. Very professional, patient, knowledgeable about the task. Performed all aspects of the repair very well. Always on time, David was very clear with explaining how the task would be completed. The project was completed on time and as scheduled. The entire team was respectful in our time of disarray and stress caused by the water damage. They clearly understood what needed to be done and they performed the task in an excellent manner. Proud to recommend David to everyone !!! MITHOO MALANI in Coral Springs, March 2023."

"Good experience with Mike the Plumber. TJ was experienced and quickly diagnosed the root cause of the leak. He explained options to fix the leak and gave helpful tips to deal with the insurance. Tom spent 6 hours to complete the repair, with good quality of work and professionalism."

"I had a break in my main sewer line and called 1-800-Plumber, and I’m really glad I did. From the start, they were responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. They showed up on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was going on. The repair itself was done efficiently, and they made what could have been a really stressful situation feel manageable."

"It was not a concrete foundation"

"Excellent, no time wasted, perform the repair in a very timely manner, cleaned up after. Very respectful"

"We were looking to add to a very small patio that was installed when we purchased our home.  The old patio was an interlocking brick paver system that was too small to entertain or grill on without standing in the grass.  We called several places inquiring about options to install a replacement.  Earth Effects was the only one who asked to come out to the home.  They told us up front that they do not install interlocking pavers, which was fine since we wanted something different.

Earth Effects gave us an option of some wonderful concrete stones that could be fit together and cut to form a large square pad.  It took approximately 3.5 days to remove the old stuff and install the new and it came out great.  Earth Effects did a wonderful job. We even had them trim some trees for us, which they also did very well.

Their customer service was excellent.  After making our decision on the type of patio we wanted we learned we had to submit a proposal to our HOA for approval.  We learned this the day before the HOA was meeting and if we missed it we would have to wait 2-3 weeks for the next one.  Earth Effects dropped everything and provided all the necessary information our HOA required and got it to us in time to have it submitted and approved.

Good People, Good Company and Great Work.
