"Alpha Foundations did an excellent job on our lanai. In the process of stabilizing the lanai slab, they remedied the cracks and uneven surface caused by a combination of ground settling and improper installation during the initial house construction. They were knowledgeable and professional, explained what they were doing very well, were very detail oriented, and demonstrated great customer service. They exceeded our expectations and we would very much recommend them to others needing similar services."

"I used to get water in my basement every time it rained. I had a sump pump installed and I still got water through the cracks. Seal pro Max was the perfect solution for me for fraction of the cost of other solutions. With all the snow and rain we’ve had this year I didn’t get a drop of water in my basement. The guys were very knowledgeable and professional and were able to finish the job in one day. I wish I knew about this years ago."

"They are reliable and very trustworthy."

"One of the best contractors I have ever hired. The quality of his work was exceptional. He was extremely personable and on time."

"Overall I am totally satisfied with the job done by Danilo Leyva. He is a trustworthy, very capable person who I would recommend 100 %. My only suggestion is to make sure you discuss with the crew that is forming the job, the drainage aspect of the area being poured. There they slipped up a little bit. But overall I am extremely happy with the worked one."

"I had my water heater replaced by All Pristine’s Plumbing and everything went smooth. They showed up on time, explained what needed to be done, and got straight to work. The job was done quickly and clean, and my hot water was back the same day. Really solid work and good communication the whole way through. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work."
