Tim explained what had to be done and why which I appreciated, but could not finish the repair on that day because I had to get permission from the owner of the unit to open a wall. Once I had permission , again quick service! Tim and Paul came, fixed my shower control, replaced all the fixtures and put in a new access panel behind the shower wall. They actually cleaned everything up behind them so you couldn't even tell they had been there!!
