"The man who did my foundation repair (removed rotted timber from under front door and installed new rot proof wood, then added concrete facing) was competent and friendly. He insured that the job was long lasting and secure. The front porch had sunken over time. His concrete facing was installed in such a way that future leveling of the porch will be difficult."

"They did both foundation and basement drainage work for us. Very reliable and works great!"

"Great company. I was extremely pleased with them."

"David worked with us to determine the services needed and provided an excellent price for completing the work."

"We have been satisfied customers for 5 1/2 years. Sean has been great to work with. I have champagne taste on a beer budget. I often want more plants than my garden can handle so he helps me keep it real."

"I am very pleased with the job they did for us. We had a sidewalk installed that began at the foot of our driveway down to our backyard. They are very prompt in returning calls, answering texts and with any questions I had during the entire process. Crew is VERY hard working, pays attention to detail and put touches on this project I wasn't expecting. Estimated time for this project was 3 days. Everything was completed instead in 1 and 1/2 days. I highly recommend them!"

"I needed some lawn care very quickly on a rental property. The guys stopped by the day I contacted them and mowed the next night. Did a great job and were personable to deal with. Would gladly recommend them."

"Rad Property Solutions poured a concrete slab in our basement and turned it into a usable space. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they were also clear and professional in their communication and pricing. We will absolutely use them again for all of our future projects."

"These guys are just wonderful. The big take away here is that they are honest professionals. The owner came out with a member of his team and thoroughly checked our home for mold. They explained what they were looking for and what they saw. To our great relief, we were told we didn’t have a mold problem and that we had no need of their services! No fear tactics, no sales push, just honest assessment. I’m thankful for their knowledge and professionalism and would highly recommend these guys if anyone I know ever does have a mold problem because I trust that they will only do what needs to be done with out the worry of being over charged."

"John Jones did an excellent job on my driveway extension. From the start, he was proactive and clear with communication and kept me informed throughout the process. What stood out most was how thorough he was with site preparation. You can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way and not cutting corners. The finished product looks great, and I feel confident it is built to last. I would absolutely recommend John to anyone looking for quality concrete work."
