The work crews were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, hauled away all the debris, and kept me well informed throughout the process. They called daily to let me know when they would arrive since the repair was not at my residence, giving me plenty of time to get there to let them in the house."

He dealt with my stairs- they were in the way, and added some additional support to the 4x4s that had been rotted out from all the water at floor level. Final price was exactly what was estimated.
