"The estimator (Kaz) was prompt, informative, and responsive to my many queries before I signed a contract. The project manager and workers were all very prompt, professional, and courteous. They were respectful of our property and that of our neighbors, taking off their shoes when inside and cleaning up their work. I asked them to run an additional line from one of my downspouts, which was done without incident. We also worked together to problem solve an issue related to the sump discharge line. On day 1, they cut our buried cable line because it was marked incorrectly. However, the foreman called the company and it was resolved/fixed within a few hours (it has taken more than a day in the past when I’ve called!). I was quite surprised at how they cleaned up after excavating for the 6 inch drainage pipes. They estimated 5 days to complete the work and finished in 3 days. While I was not excited to spend that much to fix the problem, we knew we needed to address the improper drainage. Additionally, while I feel that I know what needed to be done and probably could have done so myself for less money, it would have taken me 3 months, not 3 days with my schedule. Overall, I’ve been pleased with the work and may have them come back and address an additional drainage issue in our yard in the future."

"After living in our house for 20 years, we had seepage for the first time in one part of our basement. We called several waterproofing places that morning and ULB was by far the most responsive. The same day we called, Stoyan came out to see the leak, diagnose the cause, and propose a fix. Stoyan did an excellent job at explaining the problem and scheduling the repair. Within two days, Kyle came to fill the crack. His work was also excellent. Stoyan and Kyle both came to our house at the times promised and were very good at answering the questions we had. We were very impressed with ULB and highly recommend them."

"We were getting some water in our basement, which The Real Seal determined was coming from a crack in the foundation. They identified and repaired the crack quickly. Our technician worked neatly and efficiently, and all staff were pleasant and responsive throughout the process."

"What a great company! The owner Luis was a gem. Had a foundation problem in our basement and Luis called that morning and was out the same afternoon to give us a quote. The work was done as soon as weather permitted, within a week. He did a great job, our landscape was put back neatly and would definitely recommend him!! Thank you Luis!"

"Josue did a great job, he identified a foundation issue not caught during the initial visit and was able to repair it"

"Tino and his workers were polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. We came to rely on Tinoâ s guidance in a difficult foundation repair. Pricing was fair. They completely fullfilled all elements of the written and verbal apects of our contract. I would highly recommend them."

"The worker who came over saw my situation and unoffically suggested a repair that would be cheap for me rather than have him and his crew come out and charge me a few thousand. I appreciated that he wanted what was best for me and not necessarily best for his company."

"Very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Very polite and the owner Ernesto is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a water leak in the foundation or needs a new sump pump."

"J.D. and his crew were amazing.  From beginning to end they went above and beyond.  It started with J.D.'s great ideas for adding color and educational plants, like elderberry, to the garden. He created a vision that kept with the spirit of the garden and respected the existing plantings, taking out only what we needed to to open up the space.
He was then flexible and responsive throughout the process, answering questions, even accommodating a specific installation date so the work could be done while the school was closed for a holiday.
Beyond that, he demonstrated a genuine desire to help, and a commitment to the job that made me feel I had a true partner dedicated to getting the job done well. One example of this was that J.D., on seeing our rotting garden bridge, went out of his way to solicit a donation of a gently used garden bridge in lieu of fixing the old one (which would have added to our cost), and even made an extra trip to install it.
His crew did a beautiful job with the rockscaping, and left the garden in prestine condition after the work, even stopping to pick up and haul away some garden waste that wasn't even theirs! Not only was it an absolute pleasure working with them,  I'm thrilled with the result! I highly recommend Green City Gardens!"
