"Kevin Koval (President of company) arrived for scheduled initial site review on time (8/29/13).  He looked over damage to wall, listened to my concerns, and took photos of site.  He discussed some options and said he needed to consult with his mason contractor before he would be able to provide an estimate of repair costs.  He said that once mason had chance to review site, I would be contacted with an estimate of cost and time to complete repair.  It took several weeks for Mason, Nick Flannery, to call me to schedule his visit for site review.  After Mason's site review, it took another few weeks for Kevin to get back to me with cost estimate, $3,200.00, which was $500.00 lower than another company's estimate.  I accepted estimate and was told that once he could make arrangements with mason, they would contact me with a schedule for starting work.  Nick Flannery arrived the day prior to start day to drop off equipment and supplies.  Nick arrived promptly, and excavator operator arrived shortly afterward to begin work.  Excavation was completed on first day, and Nick began removing damaged block wall once a reinforcing system had been installed to support upper floor while wall was being repaired.  I was very impressed with the level of professionalism Nick displayed while working.  but, he was also willing to explain what he was doing, and why, when ever I had any questions.  It took three days to complete all the repairs to wall.  I was very satisfied with the results.  I was very satisfied with the results of the overall project and would not hesitate to call either Adirondack Basement Systems or Nick Flannery in the future for any basement or masonry projects I may have.

"Couldn?t speak higher about the work done! They showed up exactly when they said they would. They removed 5 trees from my property, one of which was massive and very close to my house. There was a small gap in between my fence line they needed to fell the tree and they nailed it like it was nothing. I appreciated that they cleaned up all the fallen tree sights after and they cut up and stacked all the wood on my property since I?m planning on using it for the winter. 5 trees, 2 of which were tricky to drop, and they had it all done in about 3 hours?? "We had several contractors give us a bid for our drip irrigation system. All contractors were bidding on the exact same area to have drip irrigation installed and all contractors were using the same controller. The controller is wifi capable and has 3 zones, and a rain sensor. The price we received from Juan was by far the best price. Price was one consideration in determining who we were going to choose to perform the work. We also wanted to work with a contractor that would listen to our concerns and design a system to accommodate our flower beds and shrubbery. Juan met all those requirements far above our expectations. The work we had done took approximately two days for Juan and his employees to complete from start to finish. They were quick and efficient. When they were done our valve box was installed properly along with the rain sensor and all the plumbing work involved was done to code. We were somewhat concerned that the trenching required would leave our lawn in a state of disarray, when Juan was done you could barely tell that any work had been performed. Juan went over and above going over the drip irrigation layout with my wife and making changes if needed. When the time came to test and install the system onto my wife phone, Juan took the the time to go over every aspect of the system and how to work it from the main controller as well as her phone. I not only recommend that you contact Juan for all of your irrigation needs, I will gladly allow him to showcase our installation and happily provide referrals for him and his company. "after they finished the job under the kitchen sink, I had a problem with the water pressure. I received a response by email that they felt it was not their problem and they refused to sent a technician down to check the problem. Thereafter, they no longer responded to my phone calls. On initial call, Aubriana was very sweet, however, the customer service with the project manager and owner was terrible. So, no I would not recommend."
