"I live in Bayonne, New Jersey, and my husband actually spotted the guys from TriStone Masonry & Restoration working a couple of streets away from us and decided to give them a call. I?ll admit, I wasn?t too happy about hiring another contractor at first because we?d had a terrible experience with the last company we used and had been messed around quite a bit. But I have to give these guys credit ? they completely changed my mind. From the moment they started working, they were professional, respectful, hardworking, and showed us exactly what they were doing. They repaired the liners on our front step, got everything looking right again, and repainted the step beautifully. The finished result is absolutely stunning. Every single one of the guys was lovely to deal with, and you could see that they genuinely cared about doing the job properly. By the end of it, they had completely won me over. I?m actually looking forward to finding something else around the house for them to fix!"

"OUTSTANDING! This company is so honest and leads with great integrity that the inspector Tony identified the root cause of where our water was leaking into our basement and said we may not need to install French drains which would have cost us about $4,000. Our previous owner drilled holes into our sidewalk outside of fireplace that leads to our basement for termite treatment. The cement covering holes eroded and water was leaking into the basement. We covered the holes with cement 2 days ago and with this passing rain not one drop of water is in the basement. We've had three other basement waterproofing companies come to her house and no one noticed it except for blue umbrella waterproofing. The owner even took the time to call me to ask how the inspection went. This is the only company I would use in the future."

"Very good , issues were minimal."

"Excellent customer service and reliable. If you want something done right, please get in touch with him."

"The team came in and fixed the foundation very quickly. It looks like a new house.Everything was cleaned up when they left. Very nice crew too. Sandra C."

"I have hired Quality 1st Basement Systems twice now and have been thrilled by their professionalism and work. The crew lead both times was Wilbur and the system design specialist was Mike Fiorillo. What I particularly appreciated about the sales process was how Mike worked with me to balance cost and efficacy. Regardless of what you decide to do, I would recommend at least getting a bid from Quality 1st. Additionally, on the day of installation, Mike arrived to help communicate the plan with Wilbur (crew lead) because of the complex nature of my foundational repair. Note: in between the 1st and 2nd job I had a structural engineer review my home and he specifically commented that he approved of the work done by Wilbur and his crew at Quality 1st. He noted that all other work previously done by the former home owners had serious flaws."

"I was contacted to set up an appointment quickly. The technician called to say they were running late and showed up at the newly arranged time. They were polite, did minimal damage to sheet rock to find the leak and performed an easy fix . They cleaned up after the work was done and recommended a company to repair the sheet rock. All total we were very pleased with the experience."

"John and his team were wonderful! Yes, wonderful!â I had checked out quite a few companies over several years and interviewed many other companies to correct the water problems in my walkout basement. The Blue Planet team was incredible. They were on schedule and over delivered on every aspect of my project. They did exactly as they said, it made me wish I had fixed the water problem sooner. Everything in my basement is looking so much better than it did before their work. And of course the basement is dry."

"Sam and his team quickly identified my water issue, and fixed the problem within 2 days. Given the quality and speed of the work to repair a rather significant water issue, i contracted them for additional preventative maintenance on our 45 year old foundation, and 22 year old roof and gutters. Will most certainly engage them in the furture for any other related work."
