"I had tight time constraints and Sundry Waterproofing delivered!
A previous plumber had dug 5-6 feet below the dirt line and made some holes in my foundation to fix a sewer drain issue.  Unfortunately, the plumber never finished the job and left me with several holes in my foundation and a pile of dirt in my driveway.  
Upon my call, Sundry came out the next day and gave a reasonable quote to fix this, as well as replace some insufficient vapor barriers in my crawl spaces.  I agreed and they were able to schedule the job quickly.
On service day, the work crew, headed by William, arrived on time and got to work.  The crew (especially William) was very professional and got the job done in about 3 hours.  
I thank William and his crew for a job well done, and Curt (the owner) for his flexibility.  I highly recommended these folks.

"Service was OK, and they got it done in time. We had to schedule a follow up service to finish up some cracks that were missed during the sealing process, and to apply sealant to our garage's connection to our driveway. The reason they're rated lower is that we weren't provided (and will not be provided) with what the sales guy promised. We were told we would get a package at the end of the service with photos of the entire process (including pics of how deep they dug around the house), and a detailed report of the work performed. The service took 4 days to complete, and on day 2 I asked how it was going. Was told it was fine, and I asked if they were taking pictures of the work. The foreman was confused, made a couple calls, and it looked like sales guy forgot to put that on the order. Unfortunately, they'd already dug out and refilled the entire foundation, so I don't know if they did what they were supposed to do. When the work was finished and I asked about the detailed report, I was sent a one-page opy of a copy of a copy of a copy form that just stated the work done, and that was it. That, and I never got the pictures of the work after day 2 that I was told were taken. Also, the cement on they laid inside my home where they jackhammered an is very uneven and bumpy. When we refinish our basement (which is why I had this service done in the first place), I'm going to have to power sand it all down so it's remotely level. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with this lack of service and coordination. Had I the chance to do this again, I would question whether this service was worth the hefty pricetag."

"I cannot say enough good things about Concrete Solutions. Paul met with me not once but several times. Very patiently helped figure out the best solution for a problem left by a previous company. I lost so much previously that I was very skeptical about trusting someone again. Paul was amazing. Then, Mitchell came the day they had to tear apart the previous bad job. He and his crew worked very hard and nonstop. They solved water issues with drainage solutions before pouring concrete next day. That was another crew. This one also worked against time because summer rain did not collaborate. And I was surprised on the third day to find out they even had a cleaning crew. ☺️I can't help kick myself for not finding them earlier. So much pain caused by a previous company yet Concrete Solutions humbly helped me and got the job done. Thank you for your service."
