Knowledgeable about their service. Great customer service. Respectful of the customer's home.
Worked extra hard to complete a difficult job. They went over and beyond what was expected!
I needed to have the crawlspace in my old home encapsulated, 58 Foundations really fit the bill! They were middle of the road in terms of the estimates I got, not the highest and not the cheapest. The combination of their warranty, materials used, and process are what sold me. The team that did all of the work, including insulating the block wall (which has already made a large difference) were very polite and professional. Zeke, Tanner, and Hunter communicated about the process, when different parts would be done and when we could expect them on day two. Overall we are very happy with the results. The crawlspace is warmer, the air is cleaner, and most importantly it is finally nice and dry!

Good experience with this company. Price came in 1K less than the other company's quote. Job scheduled and finished and quality work in professional manner.
Thank you

communication was excellent. they were there when they said they would be. they did many things to get my project done thouroughly.
Keep up the good work.
Ryan very nice. He came on Sunday afternoon when others would not even though they called themselves 24 hr. He was quick, efficient and cleaned up everything when he was finished. I highly recommend him for future jobs. In fact I used him again to install new bathroom faucets. His work is very professional.
We had Daniel, Johnny and Tim work to install steel beam and jacks to lift sagging floors. They did an excellent job and we immediately noticed how the bounce and sag in our floor was gone. It even closed the settlement cracks in our wall. They were on time, considerate and thorough. They cleaned up our space without us even having to ask them. They even installed a drain pipe on our air conditioner to help with the condensation drip which wasnâ  t part of the job. We highly recommend this company.
Nice young man. Called to let us know he was running behind. Professional and reasonable charge.

A house’s foundation is always located under the house itself. A foundation is the load-bearing portion of a home and is usually built below ground, though different types are built at different locations under a home. For instance, a basement foundation is built at least eight feet deep into the ground under the house to create living space below the ground level of the home. A crawl space foundation is built under a shallow trench beneath your home—typically between two and five feet deep. A slab foundation, also known as a monolithic or monoslab foundation, simply lays flat against the ground under your home. Pier and beam foundations also rest on the ground, but elevate the home using piers, typically about two feet off the ground.
The typical cost to repair a foundation is between $2,200 and $7,500, though most homeowners pay around $4,800. The price of a foundation repair depends on the extent of damage. Major repairs that require the use of hydraulic piers can cost $10,000 or more, while minor cracks can run as low as $500. Fixing a leaky foundation by sealing it costs between $2,300 and $7,300.
Concrete foundations that are reinforced with steel plinth and beams are considered to be the strongest type of foundation—especially on lots with loose or muddy soil. This type of foundation uses a reinforced concrete beam built between the wall and the foundation. Homes built in areas that are prone to flooding or earthquakes also benefit from a foundation that contains steel plinth and beams.
