"Hillel came to my house very quickly after I called him. He then returned with his work-site manager later the same day. Other companies took days, weeks, and one took a month, to just get to my house for an estimate. I quickly received an estimate from Hillel within 24hrs. I had to hound the other companies to receive the estimates and one company only gave me a verbal price. Also, the other companiesâ estimates did not have sufficient details. Hillel provided specifics and there was substantial back and forth between him and I as to various details.. After choosing Watershield, Hillel kept in contact with me regarding the start date. The work began on time, appeared to be done well, and finished on time. The crew was very neat. A little over a month has passed and it seems that the issue was fixed. It was refreshing working with Hillel. I have found contractors often attempt to cut every corner they can, but Watershield proved itself to not be such a company by completing the job correctly."

"We hired Steve to remove and replace a hardwood floor, knock down half of a wall in our kitchen, do tiling work, install a dishwasher, oven, and cooktop, put in a new vanity and fixtures in the bathroom, redo our deck, build and install an indoor sauna, and paint the entire apartment.

Steve was available for consultation and extremely helpful every step of the way. During the construction, his nephew Nasser, was also extremely helpful. Nas addressed any issues and questions immediately and happily altered even the slightest changes we wanted during the process. His calm and thoughtful demeanor was consistent throughout the work which was particularly welcomed as we lived at home during the construction process.

Almost all of the work was completed by Eric Maisonet and his partner Eric G. Their workmanship was exceptional, and their attention to detail was impressive. They completed all of the various aspects of the job at the highest level. In addition, they were very careful to clean up at the end of each day which we really appreciated as we were living at home.

"Where I live we have lots of options for roofing companies as I have learned that all of them will start with a big number and make it difficult to negotiate down after a long drawn out sales pitch. DSA was different. I was impressed with Dalim (Owner) and his team member since he educated me on the process, materials and then lead with a better number than all 7 other companies I spoke with. Requiring no drawn out back and forth to lock in on the right number, after we locked in the contract, schedule, and date, they stuck to it and executed the plan with great precision. The dumpster delivery, rip off, material delivery, roof placement, skylight install, and clean up all occurred as planned and required no effort from me. Thank you Dalim for all the help. "We hired Rightway about ten years ago to waterproof our basement. After we moved in, we came to learn that our house had an undisclosed problem with water in the basement, with the house taking on 8-9 inches of water during storms even with a sump pump working. We spoke with multiple vendors, and Rightway had the most comprehensive (yet cost-effective) plan for moving the existing pump and exit to be closer to the street, installing a second pump and perimeter drain and addressing some water entering at pipe entries in the foundation. We have had them conduct frequent inspections since and they are always responsive and helpful. Recently, on a Friday night, we had our first instance in ten years of water in our basement due to an historic deluge in rain water in a brief few minutes as part of a tornadic storm, which overwhelmed the system at the entry drain at the base of our walk-out basement stairs. I submitted a contact request form late Friday night expecting a call back on Monday, but Al (the owner) called me back within 20 minutes, near 10pm. He talked me through what had happened and asked me to send him photos to confirm my verbal descriptions so he could confirm his advice. I value and appreciate not only the quality of Rightway's work ten years ago, but their continued inspections and Al's prompt and thoughtful help at a time of when I needed it most, and which eased my concerns. Recommend them highly!"
