"Here's a more concise version of your review: --- We chose Basement Authority of West Virginia for foundation encapsulation after Morganâ s inspection and excellent explanation of the process. Their estimate was the most competitive. The job was completed punctually by Aiden and his professional crew. Morgan followed up with a detailed second inspection, answering all our questions. Overall, we're highly satisfied with their work and professionalism. Greg Harrah Scott Depot wv"

"I had a large stairstep crack in my garage wall that needed addressed. I had Alford give me a quote along with 2 other companies. Alford was by far the best all around, not only were they more affordable they were on time and very professional. The crew that came were knowledgeable and hard working and got right to work digging and installing 4 piers to stabilize my garage. They cleaned up and repaired my sidewalk and you can barely tell there was work completed. I strongly recommend Alford Home Solutions to anyone who has foundation repair."

"Marion Construction did a stellar job installing our foundation drainage system. From initial consultation to final cleanup, their customer service was top-notch. They took the time to clearly explain the scope of work, outline the timeline, and answer every question we had about protecting our foundation long-term. Communication was prompt and transparent throughout the entire process."

"Jarred and his crew tore down and rebuilt a deck 3 times the original size. Our house is a 2-story house that sets on a hill, which meant the crew had to carry all of their equipment, lumber, decking materials, and tools down 13 steps to reach the work area. It was a challenging project from the start. Jarred and his crew were friendly, respectful, and easy to work with throughout the project. Jarred listened to what we wanted and was responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. One thing that stood out was their willingness to tackle a difficult worksite without complaint and delivered a finished product that looks great and functions exactly as we needed it to. We are satisfied with the final result and are enjoying our new deck. Thank you Jarred and crew, for the effort you put into this project."

"Very efficient and nice to work with"

"John the project manager was VERY helpful and knowledgeable in getting things lined up for my basement batt insulation project, the guys did an excellent job and it was complete in less that 2 days."

"Went above and beyond what was required of them. I am 64 years old and live alone and he has been here twice and his men have been here once working. I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call. He has come and talk to me trying to help me get my issues fixed and if it was something they couldn't do, help me find other people that would. They set up my dehumidifier, blocked off vents and went above the job of what they were required to do to help me out. He has sent me text messages after the jobs to check and see if I needed anything. I would highly recommend the company to do any work.He has truly worked with me to get things and problems taking care of that being a 64-year-old female alone that could not have done on her own. Thank you"

"Workers cleaned and treated crawl space for mold and encapsulated the crawl space. The next day, Jim came and installed a dehumidifier. He noticed a couple of things that we’re done quite right. The crew returned and fixed those issues. No payment was requested until job was completely done. Humidity under the crawl space went from 87% to 55%."

"Poor customer communications. Did not stay long enough to verify the leak was fixed. Took a full week to get the repairman back to fix the leak."

"Eliminated pests and offered great service and advice to prevent this in the future"
