"We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We have a small house in Romeo that was built in the late 1800s. Our basement was in bad shape. All of the beams and support poles were wood and the majority of them were either sagging or cracking. Two months later, the work began on time and was completed within the 5 day time period that they had promised us. The foreman, Roger, and all of the crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. We just had the local building inspector come out for the final walk-through and he was thoroughly impressed with the finished work. He said that whoever did the work was someone he would be happy to hire to do work at his own home. From start to finish, HomeSpec went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work.
