"We recently had a team work on our home to fix a variety of foundation problems. In short, good communication and friendly customer service. Our sales rep Michael Freddolino was great. He was quick to respond to my first call and followed up without pestering when my husband and I dropped the ball and explained everything in a way we could understand it. Austin, Johnathan, Chris and Isaiah were the crew who worked at the house and were the nicest and most respectful group of workers. They were careful with our home, inside and out and cleaned up any mess that was made. They communicated very well with us to let us know how the progress was going and other items they ran into so they could be resolved right away. "I am recommending inspector Lucas and Groundworks for the work they DIDN'T perform! They came out and did a complete inspection and told me the crack in my foundation wall does not need repairing unless it progresses further. One of my fears in hiring a company off Anti without a personal recommendation and about a topic I'm not familiar with (foundations) is that they might try to tell me I needed repairs when I didn't need them. "Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."
