He also measured the house to see how far the foundation had sunk. I have had other construction companies come out and no one else crawled under the house. I felt he was very professional in the assessment of our sinking foundation. The project manager Isaac Stern constantly kept me updated with the process and procedures of the foundation repairs. The job consisted of replacing several irrigation control valves, fixing or replacing damaged sprinklers, checking and repairing any broken lines, installing a new control timer, and a little bit of tidying up of some palms.
