Get matched with top foundation repair specialists in New Boston, IL

"Indiana Foundation Services came out to assess cracks in my foundation. I have half basement and half crawl space. The cracks were on the crawl space side. After measurements, the side of house with the crawl space was determined to have settled 1/2 an inch. Recommendation was to put four piers to stabilize house over crawl space to prevent further settling and to prevent potential extensive damage to the house if/when settling continued. One of the piers went down 32 feet before hitting solid rock. Three piers were on the outside of house and one inside the crawl space due to buried electrical and air conditioning. The job required hard work, knowledge and skill to effectively remedy the issue for life of the house. Aaron Ewert, Tyrone Moore, Darl Barr, and Josiah Dutton were fantastic. They were a cohesive team working efficiently to get the job done in two days. I, also, had an issue with the footer in the crawl space. The footer did not extend all the way to the basement wall - 44 inch gap. I requested that be fixed. The price quoted, which I reluctantly paid, was not calculated correctly. Aaron saw the error and refunded a considerable amount of the price for the additional work. Aaron could have ignored the error and collected the overage, but this company has a reputation for customer satisfaction and retention of clients. Obviously, I was extremely happy to get the refund for the overage. I recommend this company and especially this crew!"

"We had a crack in our foundation, called aculevel, man was very personable and told us it wasn’t a problem at all and we can even fix it ourselves-tuck pointing. I was so relieved! He literally could have told me I needed thousands of dollars worth of repair."

"Thrasher did an excellent job repairing our driveway. They leveled out the entire driveway with amazing precision, and they fixed all the gaps with an attractive sealant that blends beautifully with the concrete. All of the team members I interacted with were professional and polite. I am very pleased with the results and only wish I’d called them sooner."

"They are very prompt and professional. It is refreshing to hire someone to fix an issue and they do-on time and on budget."

"Nick and his team came right away to install a new Pad next to my garage . They were professional, courteous and quick. Timing was a big issue since they did htis in November of 22 and the weather was starting to not cooperate. In April 23, Nick and his team did the back fill and it looks very nice. " I would highly recommend them and use their services again."

"Crack guys came to our house and did the job correctly and efficiently! 10/10 recommend!"

"Very good job. Travis keep us updated on everything."

"Agape came prepared to go up on my roof and looked in my attic to locate the areas where water was entering my interior. They communicated my options thoroughly and professionally, and far exceeded other companies that gave estimates in these regards. The price for the repair (and to replace the entire roof) was only several hundred more than some estimates, but I hands down felt more confident in Agape.

The work was completed in several hours, they cleaned up, and were pleasant to chat with.

Update: My roof was leaking in 1-2 spots the next day (but I will say my roof is in bad need of replacing on this side). Agape came out during a horrendous storm and were up on the roof as soon as it cleared to fix it. Problem solved.

Update:  I put a down payment down on the roof replacement last month; the work is not scheduled yet; and after reading some of the negative reviews from this summer, I am getting concerned about completion. I took a loan out for this!

UPDATE: After cashing a deposit in October, Mike still has not scheduled my roof and has missed multiple deadlines to schedule the work (I consistently asked for a window of time) and to provide various documentation on the work he will perform. I have document texts, emails, and phone logs--which show either a lack of professional and appropriate response or illness and being overbooked. After missing a 3rd deadline for a response, I am requesting my deposit back. For these reasons, I am changing my rating of this providers."

"They built the slab to 8 inches and installed a herringbone pattern for the composite decking and framed out the walls for my greenhouse."

"Provider did weekly yard maintenance for us on a rental home last year. Called in June this year to have work done on our current home - he gave us an estimate and a date they'd be out. They never showed and we called several times to confirm new dates. We finally gave up. Did some of it ourselves and now trying to find another provider to come over and do the job.
