Lester (company owner) and his team were all professional, highly skilled craftsmen, and worked great together in getting the job successfully accomplished. LHB's Team did a great job in carefully removing the required number of pavers in the four (4) areas of the paver deck where the foundation pads were to be installed and pouring the high strength concrete foundation pads. The Team carefully replaced all of the removed pavers in their correct pattern over the newly poured foundation pads to match the rest of the paver pattern. ONce the concrete pads had fully cured, LHB assembled the pergola and anchored it to the concrete pads. He came back and took time to explain in detail the issues, how he sees them and how they address our questions. Made us feel part of the process and helped us learn how these happen and such. Paul then presented the price in the form of options or levels of fixing. The layout was clean and straightforward. The prices seemed fair and matched the work that would be going in to the project. Each option was ok with him to be selected and described the differences. We ended up doing option three which was everything he found to be fixed. We were not pushed to that option but made the most sense for us. It was also really nice to see the pride he had for his company and his job. To me that tells he values and likes his job. Iâ m going to value and like the end result. Great customer service, knowledgeable, professional, honest, caring, able to communicate things I have no knowledge about in a way I can understand and now feel educated of the issue/process/ result."

"Perfect. Blue ribbon did a superior job laying approximately 4,000 sq ft of pavers on driveway. Job was started on day scheduled and the crew worked thru until complete. The attention to detail and quality of work are second to none. Will hire again for backyard."

"The work went well. Dead and live weeds were removed or poisoned. Plants, including cacti were trimmed and debris removed, the rocks raked out evenly. One the watering lines was cut while a lantana plant was trimmed, but repaired. Other lines that needed extensions were fixed so that the plant could be watered better. The irrigation system was checked to ensure it was working properly and ok'd. They were instructed to move half of a Totem cactus cluster to the opposite corner of the yard, but somehow a miscommunication happened and the workmen dug up and tried to replant all pieces of the plant cluster in the opposite corner. When this error was noticed, they moved two of the relocated pieces back to its original position, but didn't bury it deep enough and one piece began to lean out of the ground and the other piece fell and broke. The pieces that were left in the opposite side of the yard also leaned over and one part of that cluster fell and cracked, also. The plant ended up with enough breakage that the original plant was trimmed so that heads were retained and replanted in two clusters of three at opposite corners at the back of the yard. The tall totems were severely compromised into restarting their growth from the shorter pieces, but I felt that they still had enough height to look attractive and had a chance to reroot and grow from the heads again on each side of the yard and probably will grow up looking good. The crew also sprayed Roundup and pre-emergent over the entire yard areas to kill what was low and sprouted and to prevent seeds from sprouting, as well to preserve their work. I appreciate All Terrain's professionalism, commitment to duty and follow-through, maintaining high standards for customers, and taking responsibility for damage. They were more than others I had interviewed or experienced in the past, but I have full confidence in All Terrains' level of professionalism. I think the maintenance supervisor, Chris is largely the reason for such a good turn out."

"The plumber, Brian, relit the pilot and while he was waiting for the tank to warm up and shut off he did a minor drop repair on my kitchen faucet. The repair went well but the tank is over 15 years old and has shown signs of coming to the end of its life. After talking it over I decided to go with a new tank. The estimate was a bit higher than he originally thought it would be but on suggestion from his boss he installed the new tank the same day and also replaced the PVC piping with copper tubing, hence the extra cost. I now have a shut off for both the water and the gas as well as a handy way to flush sediment out of the system regularly to extend the age of the new tank. I was very pleased with Brian's attitude and demeanor. He never pressured me for the new tank but gave me information and let me make the decision. I would definitely go with this company again."
