"Here's a more concise version of your review: --- We chose Basement Authority of West Virginia for foundation encapsulation after Morganâ s inspection and excellent explanation of the process. Their estimate was the most competitive. The job was completed punctually by Aiden and his professional crew. Morgan followed up with a detailed second inspection, answering all our questions. Overall, we're highly satisfied with their work and professionalism. Greg Harrah Scott Depot wv"

"Very professional and friendly customer service, from the estimator to the foreman. Even though unforeseen work was necessary, the job was completed by the time they said. I had 2 previous estimates and one was 3x the cost and the other company said they couldn't even do this job. I HIGHLY recommend Alford services for foundation repair."

"Had a water leak in my front yard from a broken pipe. ADKINS plumbing was the only company that could come out the day we discovered the leak. Jarrod and his helper worked until 10:00 at night putting in a new water line so we could have water service restored the same day. They came back the next day and filled in the hole they dug the previous day and did their best to put the sod back in its place. Jarrod and his helper were both courteous and considerate of my property and concerns when they did the work. Their price was reasonable."

"In only 2-3 days they came out and it was done in 2 and NO leaks and it's been nearly a month."

"My attic was lacking in insulation and my crawl space was a mess. Reed’s worked and fixed both. Workers were wonderful and polite to answer all my questions I am so thankful for the fact that they came and helped me. I really don’t know what I would have done without their help. I would recommend them to everyone that has these problems. And I have recommended them to friends and family. My electric bill greatly reduced. Thank you so much thank you thank you"

"Went above and beyond what was required of them. I am 64 years old and live alone and he has been here twice and his men have been here once working. I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call. He has come and talk to me trying to help me get my issues fixed and if it was something they couldn't do, help me find other people that would. They set up my dehumidifier, blocked off vents and went above the job of what they were required to do to help me out. He has sent me text messages after the jobs to check and see if I needed anything. I would highly recommend the company to do any work.He has truly worked with me to get things and problems taking care of that being a 64-year-old female alone that could not have done on her own. Thank you"

"I needed a concrete slab poured and finished with short notice and specific needs. B&G answered the call and out performed all of my expectations. The finish on the concrete floor in particular was impressive to say the least. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product and the professionalism exhibited during the process was a breath of fresh air —pleasant, honest, confident and personable. Experiences like this renew my faith in America. Thank you Bobby, Glenn and crew."
