"Zack and Nick redid the foundation for us of our antique 1850s era barn. They had to raise the three story barn and demolish and remove the old foundation before doing the masonry in tight working conditions. They did a beautiful job, the block work is excellent and the barn was not damaged in any way. The work was done in a timely manner and their communication skills during the process were great. We would definitely hire them again!"

"Though Rob was extremely courteous and prompt, he quickly diagnosed that we would need to drill into the basement floor to create a sump basin to prevent further flooding, at a total cost of about $4500.00. Wanting a second opinion, I called my plumber. Within seconds of walking into our basement, he found that we already HAD a sump basin, and that an old house trap was clogged and causing backup to the basin. For $1000.00, the plumber removed the house trap and ran the line directly to the sewer, cleaned the sump basin, and we have not had an issue since. In the end, we saved thousands of dollars and a lot of unnecessary drilling which would not have fixed the issue. I do not think that Rob was being deceitful in any way, but I was disturbed that he did not find the existing basin which was under a large, loose tile in the utility room where we stood discussing the issue for 30 minutes. In my desperation to fix the problem, I very nearly did not get a second opinion; boy, am I glad I did!
