"Called company on Monday and got an appointment for an inspection on Wednesday. That following Monday, the technician arrived and went through each step is sealing off the concrete foundation to the water leak. The fix worked well and was put to the test with the recent record rains. Not one drop of water came into the basement."

"Jeff and Andy answered all our questions on the initial visit. James and Jake performed the work to our satisfaction. It is a clean and professional repair. We would recommend Pivotal Basement Solutions for your foundation repairs."

"We had them raise the foundation but the brick wall cracked even worse now. I wish I hadn't done the work. The guys that did the work. They did a great job but because the foundation was raised the brick wall cracked worse than it was and they said there's nothing else they can do about it. So now I'm stuck with a worse broke wall. I was promised that it would fix the cracks in the wall. Did not happen. Not real happy with the process"

"They explained everything very well, and they fixed the foundation without ripping out my front porch. They have awesome payment plans as well!"

"After putting up for years with an uneven driveway, I hired Thrasher to fix it. I was so impressed by the professionalism of both the estimator and the repair crew, and I am very pleased with the results."

"In the last month I have had both of these crews working on my patio and basement wall. I asked them questions and they gave good answers. Tim Boudrean, the crew leader on the wall project, took time to explain the whole process of putting up carbon fiber wall supports. The whole crew seemed to know there jobs well and cleaned up good when they were done. I was pleased with the work done. I must say I had one major complaint about the wall job. The agreement I signed stated I must prepare the basement so they would have access to the wall. It was difficult for me because we have a bathroom against part of the wall. I was afraid the bathroom would be destroyed, so I measured the distances that was needed between the carbon braces. (a lot of Youtube research) I figured that the only part of the bathroom affected would be the sink. The sales rep disagreed and said the shower had to be taken out. I gave in and had the shower taken out. The installation crew actually placed the braces almost exactly where I had marked. The shower did not have to be removed. Mid American Basement should have sent an installer instead of a sales rep to verify the placements. It cost me extra to have the shower removed and will cost more to repair the tear down."

"I have hired Doug Huff and Team 5 times. I found Doug through a friend recommendation. In all projects, Doug made himself flexible to my schedule, showed up on time, and provided a base quote shortly after a visit. During work of all five projects, Doug walked me through step by step, took pictures of all his work that are included in the receipt of work. Both are which are great value to me. Doug has completed the following at my house: kick-out flashes, tyvek-windows, ground grading, house inspection, replaced window screens and a cedar porch wrap for me. I have referred Doug to 4 other friends who have used him for house inspection, and roof repairs. We all agree, Doug is our contractor for life."
