"First, Jordan is awesome. He knows exactly what he is talking about and how to get a plan together to eliminate water leaking, dripping and/or flooding. His presentation is professional and acurate. He provided a detailed report and diagrams of the proposed solution. Jordan’s solution of installing a Smart Shield system inside the wall of my basement apartment was much more cost effective than attempting to fix the leak from outside. The cost for a external repair was 3 to 4 times more than fixing internal. The crew was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. These guys understand “water flow” and know their job. Finally, Jim followed up to confirm my satisfaction in the completed project. I am happy to say after more than a month not a drop of water has penetrated my basement apartment. "I had tight time constraints and Sundry Waterproofing delivered!
A previous plumber had dug 5-6 feet below the dirt line and made some holes in my foundation to fix a sewer drain issue.  Unfortunately, the plumber never finished the job and left me with several holes in my foundation and a pile of dirt in my driveway.  
Upon my call, Sundry came out the next day and gave a reasonable quote to fix this, as well as replace some insufficient vapor barriers in my crawl spaces.  I agreed and they were able to schedule the job quickly.
On service day, the work crew, headed by William, arrived on time and got to work.  The crew (especially William) was very professional and got the job done in about 3 hours.  
I thank William and his crew for a job well done, and Curt (the owner) for his flexibility.  I highly recommended these folks.

"Make sure the person giving the estimate explains exactly what it looks like. They did not bring their own water to mix the cement. We had to remove the water tank so that they could work and ended up hauling water from the neighbors house."

"Service was OK, and they got it done in time. We had to schedule a follow up service to finish up some cracks that were missed during the sealing process, and to apply sealant to our garage's connection to our driveway. The reason they're rated lower is that we weren't provided (and will not be provided) with what the sales guy promised. We were told we would get a package at the end of the service with photos of the entire process (including pics of how deep they dug around the house), and a detailed report of the work performed. The service took 4 days to complete, and on day 2 I asked how it was going. Was told it was fine, and I asked if they were taking pictures of the work. The foreman was confused, made a couple calls, and it looked like sales guy forgot to put that on the order. Unfortunately, they'd already dug out and refilled the entire foundation, so I don't know if they did what they were supposed to do. When the work was finished and I asked about the detailed report, I was sent a one-page opy of a copy of a copy of a copy form that just stated the work done, and that was it. That, and I never got the pictures of the work after day 2 that I was told were taken. Also, the cement on they laid inside my home where they jackhammered an is very uneven and bumpy. When we refinish our basement (which is why I had this service done in the first place), I'm going to have to power sand it all down so it's remotely level. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with this lack of service and coordination. Had I the chance to do this again, I would question whether this service was worth the hefty pricetag."
