"Foundation repairs are very expensive. Mine was minor but, still cost over $14,000.00. So prepare yourself for the shock."

"AZ Foundations Solutions team was an incredible find for us in Benson! The process of foundation repair is really a work of art for this company and the crew we were fortunate to be hooked up with. Pier work done 10/17 thru 10/21 of 2022 - 13 piers were installed to correct our foundation issue. Poly work to be done 10/27 thru 10/28 so we are looking forward to getting the project finished then. Thank you to the following team members we had the pleasure to work with so far! You all were professional and very knowledgeable- greatly appreciate your sharing the information you did. "Alex and Donavan were very thorough. Discovered more than what we called them for. We originally wanted information on sealing cracks to eliminate cricket infestation coming through cracks in stem wall. We were not interested in repairing foundation rebar which is typical in slab homes in AZ. They were knowledgeable and honest in their evaluation of our home."

"They were hired to inspect and fix the foundation in my older home."

"Contacted Masterscapes to repair existing water feature we had installed in our backyard by a landscape contractor when we moved into our home. Both the waterfall and the pond itself continually leaked and the contractor was unable to make repairs. Masterscapes came out and gave me an estimate to either repair or replace. The estimate was detailed with a number of options which made clear they were trying to help us find the right balance between the aesthetics of our home and the size of our wallet. They did explain if I chose repair, they couldn't extend a warranty because they wouldn't be accessing all the previous contractor's plumbing which was perfectly understandable. Ultimately, we chose to start over and have Masterscapes redo the entire water feature. We are so glad we did! It was amazing to watch the worker's attention to every little detail. They did a meticulous job creating a beautiful and natural looking boulder stack for the waterfall, and replaced the old cement pond with a properly constructed one guaranteed not to leak. The final result is spectacular and exceeded our expectations. Masterscapes called each of the three days of the project to let us know they were on schedule and when the workers would arrive. The crew was extremely polite and respectful of our property and neighbors. Everywhere material would be on the ground they laid tarps first, and swept and blew off the area afterward. They gave us opportunity for input as the project went along, asking our preferences (such as whether to use river rock in the pond or not). I rated price as a "B" only because it was expensive (and stung a little bit to be paying for something twice, which wasn't Masterscape's fault). The cost also includes a warranty from a reputable local business and that has value. We are very confident we got the quality installation we paid for and couldn't be happier with Masterscapes. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again."

"They did an excellent job! They were on time, the project was completed and the worksite cleaned up before leaving. I will definitely use them again."

"Everything went great, I am very satisfied with the paver installation."

"Edit review 2/22/2020 Yesterday my irrigation line from the water main broke resulting in water all over my front yard. After calling Reddi Service within an hour Gerald Schutz arrived and within a very short time had cut out the bad section and repaired the connection. He met with me and explained and showed me the problem and how it would be repaired. Upon completing the repair he asked to see the fixed connection and asked me if I had any questions he could answer. He was very friendly and helpful. His level of customer service went above and beyond anything I've seen from previous services. I highly recommend Reddi Services and Gerald Schutz, as he did a great job for us"
