He provided a detailed report and diagrams of the proposed solution. Jordan’s solution of installing a Smart Shield system inside the wall of my basement apartment was much more cost effective than attempting to fix the leak from outside. The cost for a external repair was 3 to 4 times more than fixing internal. The crew was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. These guys understand “water flow” and know their job. Finally, Jim followed up to confirm my satisfaction in the completed project. I am happy to say after more than a month not a drop of water has penetrated my basement apartment. "Vanguard's price was between two other waterproofing company. But I chose them because of the owner's honesty and professionalism. When I asked each company about competitors, Vanguard is the only company that refused to discuss the competitors. That speaks volumes. The work was clean and they explained each item on my property they were using. After the first hard rain, I checked the crawlspace and it was dry and cool. While the exterior water was running away from the home as it was drawn in their sketch for me. Finally, they offered a payment plan that was flexible. I had an overwhelming sense of peace when I selected Vanguard. That peace was confirmation that I had selected the right company. I have no regrets."

"I had tight time constraints and Sundry Waterproofing delivered!
A previous plumber had dug 5-6 feet below the dirt line and made some holes in my foundation to fix a sewer drain issue.  Unfortunately, the plumber never finished the job and left me with several holes in my foundation and a pile of dirt in my driveway.  
Upon my call, Sundry came out the next day and gave a reasonable quote to fix this, as well as replace some insufficient vapor barriers in my crawl spaces.  I agreed and they were able to schedule the job quickly.
On service day, the work crew, headed by William, arrived on time and got to work.  The crew (especially William) was very professional and got the job done in about 3 hours.  
I thank William and his crew for a job well done, and Curt (the owner) for his flexibility.  I highly recommended these folks.

"I had too many issues with my driveway. I had so many cracks in my driveway and the water was sitting in big paddles every time it rained. Also, water was coming in thru my garage. I was getting differences estimates from multiple companies, but I felt that they were overcharging for the project. CGS gave me a great deal. They explained to me all the work and process that needed to be done. They gave me a great deal with a warranty which many other companies didn’t offer that. The guys were very professional and worked in a timely manner. They made sure I was completely satisfy with the final product. "Great job on foundation repair. Very knowledgeable. Did such a great job on this I used them for repeat job. They did not cover/move the 3 pieces of furniture left in the room like William said they would. The furniture was covered in concrete dust afterwards—very frustrating to have to spend time cleaning something they could have been easily avoided. Other than that great work and customer service!"
