"Our house has some water damage issue in the first floor and basement. The company sent Landon to our house. He is very kind, smart and knowledgeable person. He inspected the house and honestly explained that he did not see any house foundation issues. The water leaking issues were caused by pipe broken. He said "If you house has any foundation issues, please contact us". We will definitely use them for any foundation related repair jobs in the future."

"I am a real estate agent, so when it came to needing a waterproofing solution for my personal home, I know how important it is to choose the right company. These guys are the BEST! I had most every company come out to quote this project, both big and small. Most wanted to provide me some one size fits all solution, but my house was built in the 70 s and needed more. Vanguard s team was the only one to come in and truly look at my home and my situation and then truly work to create a solution to fix all of my home s issues. When the day to begin work arrived they called the day before to remind us and then showed up on time and did so every day. They respected my house while they were here and always were courteous and polite when here. But what you all care about is the work, and it was Amazing! They even stayed late to finish one day because the forecast was calling for another crazy few days of rain. Every step of the way, from getting the quote to enjoying the finished product Vanguard made me feel like I was their #1 priority. I have already passed their information along to clients and will continue to do so. If you need anything waterproofing related for your home, do yourself the favor of hiring Vanguard Great Work! Great People! On Time! On Budget!"

"I had tight time constraints and Sundry Waterproofing delivered!
A previous plumber had dug 5-6 feet below the dirt line and made some holes in my foundation to fix a sewer drain issue.  Unfortunately, the plumber never finished the job and left me with several holes in my foundation and a pile of dirt in my driveway.
Upon my call, Sundry came out the next day and gave a reasonable quote to fix this, as well as replace some insufficient vapor barriers in my crawl spaces.  I agreed and they were able to schedule the job quickly.
On service day, the work crew, headed by William, arrived on time and got to work.  The crew (especially William) was very professional and got the job done in about 3 hours.
I thank William and his crew for a job well done, and Curt (the owner) for his flexibility.  I highly recommended these folks.

"I worked with Pierre and his team and they did a excellent job ceiling up my foundation wall. I would highly recommend them, they were both professional and efficient with the service they provided. Thanks Guys!!"

"I had too many issues with my driveway. I had so many cracks in my driveway and the water was sitting in big paddles every time it rained. Also, water was coming in thru my garage. I was getting differences estimates from multiple companies, but I felt that they were overcharging for the project. CGS gave me a great deal. They explained to me all the work and process that needed to be done. They gave me a great deal with a warranty which many other companies didn’t offer that. The guys were very professional and worked in a timely manner. They made sure I was completely satisfy with the final product. A week after, we had a lot of rain and they called me to make sure water was not coming in thru the garage and was not sitting in paddles. They did an phenomenal job. I will refer them to my friends and family."

"I would like to give a very high recommendation to Joseph D, Aury, Anthony, Irvine and Demetrius and a OUTSTANDING and Awesome job completing my foundation work. All of these men were VERY respectfully and courteous during the completion of the being done. Also, I would like to thank Jake for all he has done to putting all this together (working with my schedule). Thank you guys for all you did to make our home better. Keep up the GREAT work. All of these Gentleman deserve a some kind of incentive for what they each and every day for homeowners like us."

"I highly recommend Rosales waterproofing LLC. They did such a great job at my house. They were very kind and did an amazing job."

"Make sure the person giving the estimate explains exactly what it looks like. They did not bring their own water to mix the cement. We had to remove the water tank so that they could work and ended up hauling water from the neighbors house."

"Great job on foundation repair. Very knowledgeable. Did such a great job on this I used them for repeat job. They did not cover/move the 3 pieces of furniture left in the room like William said they would. The furniture was covered in concrete dust afterwards—very frustrating to have to spend time cleaning something they could have been easily avoided. Other than that great work and customer service!"

"Although results of the repair will be determined in the future, very happy so far with performance of the crew and the efficiency which with work was performed and the price was reasonable."
