"What a great team I had. First Jim on electrical was terrific two new outlets each on their own circuit installed, very neat and professionally done. Next came the installation crew of Tim and Dan, these two are machines. They got right to work trenching the perimeter and then installing the drainage channel. Start to finish job completed in roughly six hours. Job site was left cleaner than I expected when dealing with concrete dust. Won’t know how it all works until water table rises but very impressed with the quality of the work and the people doing it. Thanks to all of you again."

"The representative from Basement Systems showed up right on time and got right to work taking measurements and asking questions about the space where the work was to be done. When he was done, he came back upstairs and presented very detailed drawings of the proposed work, which included a perimeter drainage system with redundant sump pumps in a newly-dug pit, which would feed into a pop-up outlet in the back yard. The sales pitch was similar to the others we had seen, where we were educated on how water gets into the basement, understanding hydrostatic pressure against the home's foundation, and where water wants to go.
A few days after receiving the quote, we asked for him to come back and give us a quote for a gravity-fed system, rather than a sump-pump system. He stopped over within the same day, I believe, and took measurements, and called me at work right from my back yard.
The price for the system was nearly the lowest of any others we had gotten, though we ended up not going with them because they were unwilling to do a gravity-fed system to the back of our property, as it did not have sufficient grading. The system itself seems to have a smaller channel than that of other basement waterproofing solutions, but it seemed like it would be adequate to me.

"We had several contractors give us a bid for our drip irrigation system. All contractors were bidding on the exact same area to have drip irrigation installed and all contractors were using the same controller. The controller is wifi capable and has 3 zones, and a rain sensor. The price we received from Juan was by far the best price. Price was one consideration in determining who we were going to choose to perform the work. We also wanted to work with a contractor that would listen to our concerns and design a system to accommodate our flower beds and shrubbery. Juan met all those requirements far above our expectations. The work we had done took approximately two days for Juan and his employees to complete from start to finish. They were quick and efficient. When they were done our valve box was installed properly along with the rain sensor and all the plumbing work involved was done to code. We were somewhat concerned that the trenching required would leave our lawn in a state of disarray, when Juan was done you could barely tell that any work had been performed. When the time came to test and install the system onto my wife phone, Juan took the the time to go over every aspect of the system and how to work it from the main controller as well as her phone.
