"They repaired a large crack in my slab floor and installed a dryer system to dry the dirt under a section of my slab that was causing the issue. They did excellent work determining the issue and resolving."

"AZ Foundations Solutions team was an incredible find for us in Benson! The process of foundation repair is really a work of art for this company and the crew we were fortunate to be hooked up with. Pier work done 10/17 thru 10/21 of 2022 - 13 piers were installed to correct our foundation issue. Poly work to be done 10/27 thru 10/28 so we are looking forward to getting the project finished then. Thank you to the following team members we had the pleasure to work with so far! You all were professional and very knowledgeable- greatly appreciate your sharing the information you did. "The lights look great. Installation seemed to go well until I turned on the irrigation system. There were 3 huge leaks from the digging, that they didn't tell me about. My husband and I had to repair them over a very hot weekend. I give kuddos to the company though. When I called Monday to tell them about the leaks, we came to an agreement and the company reimbursed us for our work of the repair. They were nice about it. He said they had people on call and I could've called over the weekend, but I didn't think landscaping companys had people on call."

"When the Project Consultant, Armando Sandoval came out to inspect the foundation, he actually crawled under the house and took pictures of our foundation. He also measured the house to see how far the foundation had sunk. I have had other construction companies come out and no one else crawled under the house. I felt he was very professional in the assessment of our sinking foundation. The project manager Isaac Stern constantly kept me updated with the process and procedures of the foundation repairs. I was very impressed with the respect the crew had for my property and landscape. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. They had excellent customer service."

"Perfectly! Tech arrived on time, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and got it all fixed in a couple of hours. Excellent service and got us into the repair queue quickly!"

"These repairs were performed in an older house that we had just moved into. All the work done was performed rapidly and with good quality. They had the new water line installed within a day including digging the trenches. A form of blue PVC line was used instead of copper. My only concern is I would have liked to have been presented with an option. I have since tried to get them to provide and estimate on some additional repairs - with no return phone calls. I called and spoke with the secretary approximately six times over a 2-3 week period and never received a return phone call from anyone. I trusted their work and repairs and felt their pricing was fair, however, they gave me no option but to chose a different contractor for further repairs since they never called back. I am very surprised because in the past they were very responsive. I am very sorry to say I would not use them again at this point."

"BS&T did a great job our concrete slab. We've never seen any cracks or spotting on our slab and it looks as good today as it did when they poured it. They were very professional and took great care to cover the surrounding area so it wouldn't get dirty and they cleaned up after themselves. And yes, we will have them back to do our pool area!"

"If you need good quality epoxy floor in your garage, look no further. Eric's crew is fast, detail-oriented and very polite. They even helped me move a bunch of heavy boxes! And, the floor looks great. Top notch service!!!"
