"The end result was not a Retaining Wall, as this implies. I hired KCS to install 4 Wing Walls with Headwalls. They did a great job, as the pictures will reflect. If you’re wondering why I have Four Stars instead of Five, it’s only because there’s always room for improvement. In this case, the improvement should focus on Front Office Communication. The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."

"I felt like Bluegrass was the most honest in regards to the actual work that needed to be completed. I was quickly able to get on the calendar for the foundation repairs that were needed on my home. I was very impressed with the team and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them!"

"They fixed the leak and put in a sump pump and water trench. The basement leaked 2 more times afterwards, but they returned to correct it right away. We were responsible all 3 times to repair the drywall and wood landing at the bottom of the stairs,so I called saying that I should not have to keep fixing those thing over and over. The CEO of the company called back and came out to the house himself to inspect. He had his people come out to the house again to do more that he felt would fix the problem for good, as well fixing the drywall and landing at no cost. It was a frustrating experience, but this company and it's CEO stood by thier work and made it right. I would use them again."

"My house is over 100 years old. The basement floor had water damage, lots of cracks and the concrete was crumbling. It looks amazing now."

"Everything from consult to install was fantastic, the whole team is very polite and respecting of your home. Since their system has been installed we haven't had a single drop of water in the basement where before we would get 2 to 3 inches of standing water!!!"

"Jordan and DK were professional and courteous. Excellent work done by them on my garage."

"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. The owner also came back after the work was finished to ensure that everything was done correctly. Would recommend to anyone needing any work done on their crawlspace."

"Company is easy to work with. They did what they Said they were going to do and did it in the timely fashion."

"Brian Young is by far the most professional and reliable contractor i have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was prompt, on time and most of all honest. Brian and Mark worked Saturday and Sunday to complete my project before the next big rain hit. While they were here they found several other items that needed repair and not only did they fix those items they did it at no extra charge. While on my roof Brian noticed that there was a minor issue with my neighbors roof and he fixed that for no extra charge. My roof and yard were cleaner after Brian and Mark finised their work than it was before they even started. Moving forward Xtreme Roofing will be the only call I make if and when i need anything at all done to my home. Brian is simply put, just good people and i will not waste my time working with anyone else ever again. I will recommend them to anyone who needs work done as i know that Brian will provide the best service at a reasonable price and that he will stand behind his work and follow up on any issues at a moments notice."

"They had the work scheduled within a week. It was a ground water issue. We installed a collector box, dug up the damaged clay pipe, installed a section of PVC and backfilled. We were pleased with how soon they were able to start and the ability to be flexible when the problem was somewhat different from what we originally thought. I would use them again."
