"My main reason for hiring them was they could do the work on a specific day (Fri) that week and I knew I had no plans. Plus they had other good ratings. They also promised a 1 day job. With other companies I knew I was going to have to do more planning around schedules. They even gave me a discount because they had a hole in their schedule. They never showed up on Fri and did not call (office staff issues). I called and we rescheduled for Monday, they showed up late (new truck hit an overpass), and did not finish that day. When they did show up, the lead guy looked at the job and completely re-engineered it. He was hyper and a bit scattered in his thoughts. It turned out he was the owner but I did not know at the time. I had extreme reservations but was on the hook schedule wise and did not want to start all over again so let them do the work. On day 2 the owner's brother showed up to finish the job and he told me he would not have done what the workers did the day before to patch the crack in the foundation. I think the work was eventually good and have had no leaks, but it was quite an experience."

Harry, the Sales Associate, fully explained the entire process in a way we could understand, and patiently answered all of our many questions. "We cannot say enough about Plymouth Nursery. Since the project was completed last week, we have spent some time each day sitting on our new front porch admiring the beautiful work they did. Start to finish, the project went perfectly. It began with Joe meeting with me to talk through possible designs. We wanted to have our dated stepping stone pathway replaced with EP Henry pavers. We used to have a concrete slab at our front door with a covered porch. Joe suggested that they continue the pavers over top of the existing concrete slab. That had never occurred to us but as soon as he suggested it, we agreed it was a great idea. Then a couple weeks later, he came by again and showed me a large plot of the computer drawing that they had created of our proposed design. I was so impressed with the professional quality of it - it looked just like our house but with all new landscaping. We did get a couple other quotes just to be sure we were being diligent in our search for contractors but it was a no-brainer decision to go with these guys. The project started on time and finished on time and everything went very smoothly. After they started laying the pavers I changed my mind about the pattern and wanted to add a border. I know this added a bit of rework and required them to get extra pavers in the border color but Joe made the change and didn't even charge me extra for it. The end result is beautiful, it came out far better than we even hoped it would. And having the pavers continue onto the front porch makes it feel like we have a whole new patio to enjoy. So to summarize, they do great work, they communicate very well, they are very reasonably priced, and they even take Visa (for no additional fee). How can you go wrong???"

"Hired them to fix a crack in our poured foundation based, put a drain in a window well, and fix the exterior drain pipes from the sump pump and down spouts. They did a really nice job. I was pleased with the work and have confidence that my basement problems are behind me."

"We had a French drain installed in our basement, along with two sump pumps. From what I can tell, the work was performed correctly and to the specifications outlined in the contract. I found Shawn, the owner, to be responsive, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. Overall, the crew that installed the trench and sumps arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job in 3 days, leaving a clean basement behind. For the sake of fair balance, I will detail two issues in the service I received. The first had to do with the condition of my footer when the trench was dug. As they were digging, I noted that in one section of the wall, the footer appeared have been damaged by their jack hammering. Upon calling Shawn about this issue and sending him pictures of the damage, he stated that it was related to how large the footer was and how the footer was poured when the house was built. He also assured me that the footer was in good condition and the part they chipped away was not load bearing and had no impact on the structural integrity of the foundation. This seemed to be a reasonable explanation so I thought nothing of it. The second issue had to do with cracks in the basement floor. Before the work was started, there were one or two visible cracks in the floor. Yet, after their work was complete there were well over a dozen visible cracks. Upon calling Shawn again, he stated that his jackhammers could not have caused that damage and there might have been smaller cracks that got larger when they began working. I do not have photographic proof to dispute this explanation so I can only cite my memory regarding the condition of the basement floor; however, in combination with the first issue it makes me wonder how much care was taken when they dug the trench. Not being structural engineer or having photographic proof, I can not refute the explanations given to me, but my advice to others would be to photographically document the condition of your basement prior to getting work done and carefully watch the work being performed."
