"Ethan responded to my inquiry, immediately, within 15 minutes. He was able to stop by in about 15 to twenty minutes from our initial conversation. He assessed the problem (broken pipe) which was causing a large puddle, gave us an estimate repair cost and began the work. Within a few minutes , he knocked on the door and reported the parts needed, increased the bid nominally to cover additional part costs due to angle of the pipe and completed all within 45 minutes.
