"Steve came over and gave us some good news (not a foundation problem), but also gave us a reference to someone who repairs concrete for the type of problem we have. He really knew all about these issues and told us some signs to look for that would indicate a real foundation problem. Very pleasant company to deal with."

"Turns out I didn’t need foundation repair. So they’re honest at the least :-)"

"I had failing posts and damaged beams in my basement supporting my floors upstairs, causing my floors to sag. The guys at Guardian Foundations and Construction did an AMAZING job removing and replacing the damaged posts and beams and getting my floors leveled again! They were punctual, personable and professional! I highly recommend using these guys to fix up your home! Thank you Guardian!"

"I just had a addition on to my drive way into a carport and a patio slab w/ a stamp installed by Patrick and his team. Hands down the best and most professional contractor i have ever had to work on my house. He was prompt and on time for a quote, and something that i rarely see: he said he was going to be there at a time and do a specific thing, and he was there at that time and did exactly what he said. Really just blew me away with how professional and nice they were, both him and his team. He was very communicative with every step of the process, there was some weather delays so he contacted me and let me know that the pour would have to wait a couple days. The work looks fantastic and was exactly what i wanted, he even fixed a drain pipe that had a hole in it and the cleanup they did was far beyond any expectation. There is a reason why he has pretty much all 5 star reviews, the work, professionalism, and kindness all speak for themselves when you hire Patrick Masonry and Concrete, i will be recommending him to everyone i know."

"We hired Rene and his team to replace our fence and were impressed with their attention to detail and appreciated the advice they gave us to extend its longevity at minimal cost. We were so pleased with the finished product we asked them for a bid on interior painting. It was a long week for our 3000 sq ft home, but they protected every inch, painted every inch with consistently clean lines and repaired all the holes and areas our dogs had chewed on. This is a crew that takes pride in their work and craftsmanship."

"Extremely well. Rigo and the guys we’re fantastic. Andres and crew work on the irrigation and the plants. Rosario & Luis on the concrete. Also a big thanks to Linda for overall design. Very friendly and nice people. If you are thinking about landscaping give them a call."

"Everything from the estimate to the repair and installation of insulation was outstanding and very reasonable. Dillon came to our house to look at our crawlspace and gave us an estimate we could live with. No high pressure sales or fancy brochures like those other guys. Just great communication and a job well done. Both crews were fantastic. I gave them all tips. Consider doing that yourself. This is dirty hard work. Dillon is easy to communicate with and responds quite quickly to questions - even on the weekends. The people at the office are fantastic. Hire them. You won't regret it."
