He fixed my landing making it more comfortable to get in and out of my home and also painted the entire steps after pressure washing everything. "Ben was great. We hired him at 11:30 one day and he was there at 1:30 the same day starting demolition. He updated my front steps with granite (it looks beautiful) and reset my brick steps. We also needed leveling of garage floor where the door sits and fixed a crack around a foundation window. He was at the house when he said he would be there and left the property the way he found it. I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him to friends."

"Very professional company. Identified and fixed the foundation problems for at least my lifetime. Polite, non intrusive, reliable and hard working professionals. Very pleased with everything they did, felt like they did more than i expected."

"I required some repairs to the masonry of a granite and cinderblock foundation. James is pleasant, clearly explains the work that he intends to do, and shows the results when finished. He fit my work into his schedule and his crew completed all the repairs within a few days. He and his crew removed all the debris when finished. He also adjusted his schedule to address some additional repairs that were previously unnoticed. I highly recommend James and his company."

"Adam and his crew were very professional and polite. We had two walkways put in which required replacing/digging up very old (awful) concrete and brick. They did it quickly and put down two beautiful bluestone walkways in its place. Very satisfied."

"Khaled and his team were outstanding. The attention to detail, the quality of the workmanship and Khaled's attention to my questions and concerns during the project were all top notch. As with any project this size (mine was an entire basement remodel approximately 800sqft that included some minor demo), there were some complications, but the measure of any situation is how the stakeholders address it and there too, Khaled proved that he is made of superior customer service mettle. He got in front of the problems we were facing and addressed them methodically and kept me apprised as needed. He has a marvelous crew and they are all quite fun and knowledgeable. I absolutely love my finished basement. The walls and the painting job alone makes it worthwhile, and that was just the finish work! Fantastic! Strongly recommend Abalia for all your construction and remodeling needs."

"Quality and service was great. Price is rated so low because the repair took about 2.5 hours, which works out to about $400 per hour. I know contractors have to make money, but I could have done it myself for around $200, only reason I used a contractor was that I was selling the home and buyer demanded repair be done by a contractor."
