"I needed to replace the front steps because they were pulling away from the foundation. I received several quotes and Republic Masonry (Henry) came in with a budget friendly price. Henry and his co-worker were professional and very detail oriented and cleaned up when the job was complete. The stairs look wonderful! I would highly recommend Republic Masonry (Henry) for all your cement projects. Kathy Faye"

"The project went great, from the first phone call to the end of the job. We were called a day before to confirm the arrival time, and the work crew arrived on schedule. It turned out they had some additional material from a previous job that day, so they actually repaired a bit more of the wall than had been agreed on, which we really appreciated. When we originally scheduled the job, we were given information on other services that Pioneer Basement provides, but at no time were we given any sales pitches. We're very confident that we picked the right firm to do our foundation repairs -- we'll definitely call them first for any similar work, and will recommend them to friends."

"First impressions...courteous salesman, but given wrong time frame for work completion.... Customer Service....I called and was given a completion date that was about a month different than the salesman's date....BUT... I was called back by Customer Service (Tiffany) and given a new date that was only a day later than she called.... soooooooooo.... realizing that the weather and the holidays played a role in missing the initial date, I can now say that I'm very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of the whole RamJack New England experience. As it's only been 1 day since the work was done, I'm hopeful that the foundation crack problem has been solved. Time will tell."

"You wonâ t find a more honest, more professional or more skilled excavator/operator than Matt Mello, owner of South Shore excavation. Matt has now done two big jobs for me, the first being to rip out the old floor in our 4-car garage and install a new floor, the second being to dig up/expose and waterproof the garage foundation. In both cases, Mattâ s pricing was extremely fair, he delivered 100% on his promises, finished the work in a timely manner and left an immaculate job site every day. I really canâ t recommend Matt Mello & South Shore Excavation highly enough. If youâ re looking for a true professional who does what he says heâ s going to do, when he says heâ s going to do it, look no further."

"Stephen and Wendel's crew at Key Waterproofing Construction did an excellent job in waterproofing my basement with cement. They were extremely professional, and superfast. Completed the job in five hours, had a crew of six, to completed a foundation of 200 sq ft. The price was right and job was impeccable, crew left the site nice and clean."

"This company was fantastic to work with. I met with John who explained all my options. He was very knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that there were no hard sales tactics. He approached the estimate with the attitude that he was there to resolve my water issue and not just there to make a sale. I had a French drain installed, a vapor barrier, a new sump pump and a dehumidifier piped directly into the sump pump so I don't have to empty it. The work was completed promptly and the area left spotless. If you are in search of a reliable and honest company go with hydroseal!"
