"Highly recommend Sean! He showed up on time, was very professional and repaired 2 leaking walls in my poured concrete foundation. I had tried several times with various products and the water just kept finding its way in. So frustrating! Even had another company come that said I needed the floor cut and a drain installed. They wanted almost $6000! Sean fixed the issue in a few hours. Left the place spotless and the basement is now totally bone dry. Also guarantees his work and offered to return at no charge if the issue returned."

The entire process was incredibly smooth, Steve was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening, he constantly and consistently checked-in to ensure all work passed his quality check. I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. I would recommend them for any waterproofing needs."

"We used quality 1st on two occasions in the past year to address water in the basement of our brownstone. They first addressed the problem from the crawlspace - installed a sump pump, water guard trench, and cleanspace wall system (they also added support to the ceiling, which is the floor of a kitchen above). Their approach was sound, the cost was fair, and we were very happy with their service and the work itself. They then returned to address water coming in from the main basement area - we worked together on a reasonable approach that included adding a 2nd sump pump, a water guard trench and cleanspace wall system only where needed. This required a lot of coordination and communication with our plumber as well - all went smoothly, work was performed and cleaned up professionally. So far, so good! I am in construction myself and I reviewed their approach with other professionals including an engineer, and I have a lot of confidence in their products, their pricing, and their work."

"If you’re looking for work done the right way. AFS is who to call. I had an emergency repair needing done on UTC campus and that day Mike came out and gave a quote and scheduled service that day. And let me tell you when the Mattgican ( Matthew Martin) and the Parrbear ( Parris Houchins) showed up on the job ( exactly when scheduled) they went straight to work and did such a fantastic job explaining what they were doing and why I knew I made the right choice in calling AFS. If half of their employees are as nice and hard working as those guys anyone they send will be top knotch. Fantastic job guys. You made my day a lot better. Great company don’t hesitate to call them. "Mark Hendrickson returned my call promptly, and came to my house that afternoon to look over the site and to give me an estimate and a time frame. On the day of the job, he arrived right on time and had made arrangements with another company to have my septic pumped out, prior to the repair work. Even though this was a relatively small job, Mark and his son who works with him, were professional and polite through the whole process. The cost was $300 for the actual repair and digging and $300 to have the septic pumped out. I would not hesitate to use Mark Hendrickson Excavating again, they were great to work with!"

"They did my driveway, they opened up the cracked lines, filled them up and rolled it with their tide on roller (its not a small hand roller), they laid the material carefully made all the proper adjustments for water aiming out of the driveway, i have witnessed them using even over 4â of thicknesses for water flowing. I believe they did a good job and Roca is a friendly guy! His price was better than most ( the only competitor who offered similar pricing offered 2â !black top without breaking and fixing the cracks, he offered 4 inches material and actually fixing the cracks before he put the top) i will continue using his other services in the future!"
