"From the initial contact with Carl in sales to the final job being completed by Troy and Kevin, I was extremely happy. I had hired a structural engineer to do the initial assessment of the issue with my foundation movement. Some doors would not shut properly, some cracks in the drywall, etc. I sent the engineering report to Falcone, they came and did an assessment, gave me a quotation right on the spot. I decided to go with them and within a few days was on thier schedule. When they came to start the job, they were right on schedule. Three days later, the job is complete, the doors are all shutting properly and the job was done right. Since this was the first time I have used a company such as this, I was understandably anxious. But they worked through the entire process, keeping me informed of what was being done and made the who experience as painless as possible. Would use them in a minute if needed in the future. Troy and Kevin were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. And Mary in the office was quick to update quotes and get me my invoice. Great experience!"

"All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

"I had a flood for the first time in the crawlspace and basement. I called Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to come out. They wanted 27K for crawlspace encapsulation, that was too much and I could do most the work myself. I instead paid them $5,000.00 to bury a geodrain and install a triple safe sump pump system. This is the job they did, they installed the sump pumps at the 3rd to lowest point in the crawlspace and this geodrain goes back and forth from uphill to downhill. The lowest point still allows water to flood downstairs. They also cracked a chunk of my foundation at the point of sump pumps egress. Outside they just threw rocks on ground were the water comes out and can get back into the ground to reenter the crawlspace. They got 1 star because the people were nice, their job was not. Update as of 4/23/2024 they contacted me and said they wanted to make sure everything was good. A Girl and guy came out and noticed a couple things I didn't and said they would fix it that their company does not do work like that. They dug up all the previous geodrain and moved it to walls, tried to level out the drain and changed the location of the pumps and the drain outside. She had a really good work ethic and never took a break. The guy was on the other side of house and think he did good too. Everything they did looked professional and looks like they fixed everything. They had to come back today to finish the work today, but had three of them. It all looks good and they tested everything. They apologized about the old work and were not sure went wrong, but I don't have a negative view of the company now and am satisfied with the work they did. Just nocking one star for the under trained individuals that came the first time, the second crew was great!"

"Despite others having a higher average rating I hired Regional Foundation because the salesman, John, took his time, did a thorough evaluation and recommended solutions that no one else had which saved me money. The experience with the crew was great, Johnathan the supervisor communicated well and was punctual. I was quoted a week but Juan and Marcos were incredibly hard workers. "We contacted Gerrid about a possible mold problem under our house. He came and performed an inspection with pictures and confirmed our problem. He explained to us in detail the process he would perform to correct our problems. When I contacted them to perform the work, they started promptly and didn't stop, working through the weekend I might add, to complete the job which took four and a half days. The crew worked very diligently. Once finished, we were asked to inspect the work and we were very, very pleased! I highly recommend this company to anyone.

"Thank you to Rayford and his team for the great work done to encapsulate our crawl space. Work was exceptional and very happy with the results compared to what the pest companies do. During the work my HVAC return duct was accidentally ripped (like due to age and the poor shape of the crawl space). Things like this happen, but the whole team at Southeast took ownership and fixed the issue. That's what good customer service is all about!"

"Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with.  
We had kind of an unusual project, but they jumped right in and handled it beautifully.  The project was set back by problems on the supply end (not the fault of Brick Solutions, but rather of Lowe's, who sold us a broken window) and Joe took it in stride.  He just moved us around in his schedule and everything worked.  (We were able to be somewhat flexible, which helped.)
When problems came up (again, with Lowe's), he returned text messages within minutes and gave me the confidence to move ahead in his absence.  
As the project progressed, we asked Joe to do other related tasks (like our steps and eaves), which he was happy to do at a very fair price.
The only drawback was that Joe & Co. don't  do any interior work, so we had to hire other contractors to finish this rather large project.  Not a big deal, but we would've been perfectly happy to hire Brick Solutions to do everything!
