"There was a crack in the basement wall from top to bottom that was leaking water onto floor after a heavy rain. James suggested several options but suggested the inexpensive crack filler and sealer first. I had other companies give me estimates and he was by far the cheapest for the same exact work. They arrived on time, cleaned up and are very nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable about waterproofing."

"Jack and his crew were top notch !! Excellent workmanship and very clean !! Great guy, very professional and knowledgeable, fair price too !! Redirected rain water around foundation outside, removed basement sheetrock, located leak on basement wall and repaired, waterproofed foundation, treated mold, replaced sheetrock, insulation and molding, primed and painted. Highly recommend this company !!"

"Sal and his group were wonderful. They came on time, they did a beautiful job, and even came back the next day after being paid in full for the job to fix something for me. I would highly recommend them"

"I had a crack in my foundation that needed to get repaired quickly. They did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them for anyone that’s in the same position that I was!"

"This was a professional job from start to finish. Channel drain project. Every aspect was done correctly. Slade explained, gave me my options, and then showed up as scheduled to do the job. He takes a lot of pride in his work. He used concrete to set the drains in place to make sure they will not shift over time. He was careful about the pitch of the drains. Left a neat work site. I have no doubt the installation will last a long time. Works very well. Worth every dollar. No need to look any further. 5 stars."

"Excellent communication- resurfaced my patio and added a new walkway - professional and cleaned up after"

I would HIGHLY recommend ProSeal for all of your foundation needs."

"Tony the owner of Torres Contracting gave me the best price to redo my driveway in blacktop and with a full paver border plus walkway. Pavers were Cambridge brand which is the best out there. He even repointed my stoop and fixed all the cracks for free. He has a great crew that knows their stuff. A+++"
