"We hired JB to put in a short driveway and repair some broken concrete in front of our garage. It was a joint project with the next door neighbors, who also needed their bluestone sidewalk replaced with concrete in order to make a workable driveway. I asked if I could have the salvaged bluestone. JB took care of the city permits, and the workers were there at 8 AM, prying up bluestone and piling it neatly in my back yard. The driveway looks great."

"I used Luigi Cotumaccio Masonry Contracting to do concrete and stone construction on the front and sidewalk of my home. He is professional and honest and is a man of his words with a keen eye for perfection and quality work. He made suggestions to our original plans that came out better than we expected. In the future will not hesitate to use his service again and suggest him to others. He has a great team."

"Richie was great to work with. Prompt. Professional and competent. He was able to deliver a solution for a long-time problem of water leaking into basement. Great work and I highly recommend him. Competitively priced. Work involved digging down along back basement wall, fixing cracks and fissures, resealing, and refilling trench, replacing patio tiles. Filling cracks and fissures on interior wall, resealing and coating with mold-proof covering. No leaks after work done."

"I originally hired LJ&A to remove some 30+ year old stucco siding and replace with new vinyl siding and fix any rot there might be. The project expanded to include structural repairs. There was a considerable amount of hidden water damage and rot to the building. Lional and his friendly crew expertly advised and corrected all of the issues including re-framing and installing two new windows, repairing a rotted sill plate, and a structural beam. They used quality materials and the workmanship was first rate. While these necessary extra repairs added to the budget, none of it was a surprise. LJ&A's bid was fair and all the added value work they did was outstanding. They didn't try to gloss over major problems or take advantage and inflate the price of the job. This company is communicative, honest, and very professional, best of all they treated us like neighbors. I will use them for all my projects and recommend them."

"I appreciated the professional manner in which the representative, Usman educated me on the need for a new roof. He photographed the problem areas, showed me and explained each one, then later provided a reasonable estimate of the work to be done. There were also follow up phone calls to answer additional questions. Moreover they fixed my chimney leaky areas and some stucco repair very clean work done by Hi Tech."

"Rahat Construction did a foundation repair and waterproofing in our cellar -- the issue had been bugging me for years and Rahat was great from start to finish. The owner, Kazi, did a detailed walkthrough with me, shared his ideas for solving the problem, listened to my concerns and easily adjusted the plan. They agreed to work within a very specific window of dates, and Kazi's crew was on-time every single day. Farhad, who did most of the work, was friendly and focused, and Kazi checked in with me at the site or on the phone almost daily. Their work was excellent, on budget, and they even finished a day early. I'm satisfied and hopeful our basement will finally be dry this summer and stay in great shape for years."

"J G J Home Improvement Crop was prompt to get started my patio project, and completed the work rather quickly. They deviated the work plan slightly what we originally planned and discussed. Overall, the quality of work is good and the price is reasonable."

"Bobking did a great job on my house. They painted the external house, repaired my cracked chimney, laid cement in my front yard and did brick work in front to prepare for iron gate work(another company). Their customer service was great and they worked very fast. All of the work was neat and as expected. I will definitely use and recommend this company again."

"Manual, Jose and their crew were great!! We needed to repair or replace our sidewalk. They did an amazing job in removal of sidewalk and replacing our sidewalk and driveway. They were punctual and clean. The did everything in less than three days. I would recommend them to anyone."

"I moved into a new house and after using the toilets, etc for a while - we noticed they would leak. Trying to fix themselves and turn off the valves - those leaked as well. I got in touch with Entoni and he came that evening. He fixed the easy stuff and didn’t charge me and then gave me reasonable quotes and came back that night after retrieving parts to fix. the remaining issues. One of the plumbing issues continued after the fix, and Entoni made time to come out the next night and replace the toilet with his dad (who is the nicest guy) for a modest price and he additionally patched and painted dry wall that my electrician had to cut through all within a few hours and it looks just as good as a painter who does it over multiple days!"
