"After conducting several virtual and on-site meeting with landscapers, we ultimately decided on using G&P. They are a local, family business that is a part of our community and that mattered to us. "Khaled is very professional and very easy to work with. He is very pleasant to talk to and takes time to explain the nuances of what needs to be done and the decisions that need yo be made. There were a couple of things I wasnâ t not too happy with the outcome and he ensured he got it redone and fixed to my satisfaction. If there is anything that I want him to improve on it would be time management. My project took much longer than estimated. Part of it was of course the supply chain but there was definitely also time management issues. Other than that k was very pleased with the overall work and the fact he got everything cleaned professionally after he completed. I would definitely hire him again."

Customer Service....I called and was given a completion date that was about a month different than the salesman's date....BUT... I was called back by Customer Service (Tiffany) and given a new date that was only a day later than she called.... soooooooooo.... realizing that the weather and the holidays played a role in missing the initial date, I can now say that I'm very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of the whole RamJack New England experience. As it's only been 1 day since the work was done, I'm hopeful that the foundation crack problem has been solved. Time will tell."
