"They installed three underpins to fix a porch foundation."

"Lukas, Jason and Dalton did an amazing job on our foundation repair and waterproofing! Such nice, reliable guys to work with!"

"Seamless experience from start to finish. Todd was super knowledgeable and through on the consult/ sales end. The install team made quick work of the project. Their work was top notch and my basement is now completely dry. I would recommend their services to anyone with basement or foundation issues."

"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"My wife and I hired Jesse to complete a stamped patio and to put up vinyl fencing. We could not be happier with the work completed. I would recommend Jesse to others. I was always able to get ahold of Jesse, which was great. Thank you."

"The price I paid was phenomenal when you weigh the peace of mind I got! Every time it rained all I could think about was whether or not my basement was flooding if I wasn’t home! Ever since Phil and the basement experts were there I have had no further issues! Highly recommend them!!!"

"This is very hard work and the men did a great job! They cleaned everything up, too."

"Kristin, the owner, is a wonderful person. I have been working with this company since I started my plumbing business in 2006 and although I have worked with other waterproofers, I have NEVER met a company with her integrity. I have the sincerity and kindness she shows not only potential clients but her employees as well. Just an all around great company to be associated with."

"Dean provided my complimentary basement inspection which consisted of looking for water entry points, foundation and floor cracks, and all potential other water challenges in the basement. He spent about 20 minutes walking me through each point of the Inspection and explaining to me the purpose what he was looking for and why. At the end of the complimentary inspection, Dean confirmed no further action would be necessary. Dean was professional, knowledgeable and polite; never pushy and very honest. I would highly recommend Thompson's Basement Waterproofing's free inspection to anyone concerned about your basement. Thompson's obviously is only interested in selling their products to people who need them; not taking advantage of Homeowner's who don't have the subject matter expertise needed to properly assess this type of situation. Thanks Thompson's!

"Good. They repaired a problem situation caused by another contractor who went out of business and reneged on their warranties. I think I am in good shape now. They use what seems to be high-quality parts."
