"First, Jordan is awesome. He knows exactly what he is talking about and how to get a plan together to eliminate water leaking, dripping and/or flooding. His presentation is professional and acurate. He provided a detailed report and diagrams of the proposed solution. Jordan’s solution of installing a Smart Shield system inside the wall of my basement apartment was much more cost effective than attempting to fix the leak from outside. The cost for a external repair was 3 to 4 times more than fixing internal. The crew was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. These guys understand “water flow” and know their job. Finally, Jim followed up to confirm my satisfaction in the completed project. I am happy to say after more than a month not a drop of water has penetrated my basement apartment. "EveryDry did excellent work for our home. Work consisted of waterproofing a 2100 sq ft basement, which involved digging a new frenchdrain style trench at the foot of the foundation along the uphill sides, installing two sump pumps and related pipe work to ensure the water would exit far from the foundation, and applied structural fiber and water proofing to reinforce the cinderblock walls. Concrete work performed to cover the frenchdrain trench is relatively smooth and even with the existing concrete floor. Combining their work with more efficient downspout management has resulted in a consistently dry basement! Keep in mind there is an annual fee associated with the warranty, which I would recommend. Additionally, the office staff are friendly and efficient. The previous owner had the work performed soon before selling us their home, and the warranty transfer was seamless and easy, a testament to the hard-working staff. I recommend EverDry to any friends and colleagues who are in need of professional waterproofing services."

"Three day project to jack up part of house that was sagging due to water shifting/foundation issues. French drains inside crawl space and in backyard to direct water downhill and away from foundation. Vapor barrier installed in crawl space. Very professional, great communication. They stand by their work. Would definitely recommend."

"First - for the amount of money spent ($8k) the quality of work is midgrade at best. The appointment was supposed to have started on 9/20 @ 8am, they (6 guys) showed @ 10am. They worked until 5 pm, skipped showing up (no reason given or offered) on 9/21, and returned @ 10 am on 9/22 to finish their work. Even so, upon final inspection, I point out areas that had been overlooked. Their repair solution for the shortcomings was to hammer in multiple layers of wood shims to fill in the spaces where their wood posts came up short. Mind you these installed posts were supposed to reinforce the foundation from shifting!! After all that the onsite foreman tried to insist that the total charges due was $500 more than what was quoted? I actually had to show him the work order quote sheet for him to back down. I fully expect to call them back out again for follow-up aftercare of their work or file an insurance claim to have a different more qualified crew to make the necessary corrections. I am not sure what kind of service they have previously given to other customers, but regrettably, Angi should not be recommending them so strongly."

"I am very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism of this company. I called them to make numerous repairs (listed below) that found during inspection of my new home. The repairman, Jeremy, was very respectful and efficient. Based on research, I believe the company's prices are reasonable, and I'm not looking to go bargain-basement on electrical repairs. I want quality. In about 2-3 hours, Jeremy (with the assistance of a colleague he called in once it was clear there was more work to do), made the following repairs for $1,154: 1) repaired defective GFCI; 2) repaired two sets of spliced wires and added two junction boxes; 3) repaired plastic couplings at the connections between the electric utility wire and the house main wire; 4) added connectors to all unsecured wiring in my electrical panel and labeled breakers; 5) and identified and repaired a "double-tap" wiring situation in my kitchen. Furthermore, Jeremy suggested a more cost-effective way to fix my dryer situation: recording (~$150) vs. changing the outlet (~$600). Luckily, once my dryer arrived it turned out it was three-prong and thus fit the old-style outlet so I didn't need to do either. But I still appreciated his honesty about my options. I would definitely call TE Certified Electricians again — particularly since they sent me a "5% off for life" coupon after this service."
