"After it rains, or even after we water the grass, we have some standing water on one side of our house. The water seeps slowly into the soil and it can be a soggy for 24-48 hours. We have lived here for only 4 months and we were concerned that constant moisture on one side of the house might cause some foundation issues.
     Ron arrived right on schedule and he quickly looked at our drainage situation. He said the drainage, while not perfect, was not all that bad. He made a few recommendations that we, ourselves, could do to fix the problem. He said he would be happy to do the work if we wanted him to, but he emphasized it really wasn't necessary. His honesty saved us both time and money, and we really appreciate Ron for being so honest.
    To improve the drainage, we are going to fill a little bit of sand into some low lying areas, then lay flat stone near the area by the pool pump, and then divert water from a downspout. If the situation gets worse we will call Ron and have him take another look. GREAT SERVICE AND HONESTY!
