"First, Jordan is awesome. He knows exactly what he is talking about and how to get a plan together to eliminate water leaking, dripping and/or flooding. His presentation is professional and acurate. He provided a detailed report and diagrams of the proposed solution. Jordan’s solution of installing a Smart Shield system inside the wall of my basement apartment was much more cost effective than attempting to fix the leak from outside. The cost for a external repair was 3 to 4 times more than fixing internal. The crew was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. These guys understand “water flow” and know their job. Finally, Jim followed up to confirm my satisfaction in the completed project. I am happy to say after more than a month not a drop of water has penetrated my basement apartment. The guys at Crawlspace and More are the best you can hire for a job done right. I am over the top satisfied!!!!"

"Francisco and his team were on time, professional, and did excellent work throughout the project. This company goes above and beyond to fix any foundational or flooring problem they encounter. Francisco is incredibly knowledgeable and communicates his recommendations very well. He kept me in the loop throughout the job so I always felt informed and included. He also sent pictures of the progress during and after project completion which was very helpful. I wouldn’t even consider going with anyone else!"

"We are just thrilled with the outcome. A basement that had leaked (flooded when heavy rain) for too many years to count. Never thought it could be fixed. Nate is great to work with, honest, knowledgeable and price is beyond fair. He did come back as soon as we had a problem with an area leaking and repaired it. Can't beat a lifetime warranty."

"We met with 5 professionals. We were impressed with their straightforward approach to fixing our crawlspace. They answered all our questions, and they had a clear understanding of how to fix our broken floor joists without any unnecessary cost. The only drawback was waiting over 2 weeks between the estimate and repair."

"Chris, Cody, and Pat were very professional, courteous, and they worked hard to get the job done. We would definitely recommend Mount Valley Foundation Services if you’re considering any crawl space or foundation work!"

"Done right is an understatement for these professionals. Exceptional work done in completing my request. They don't leave until you are totally satisfied."

"They were able to fix out leak."

"Lowcountry Foundation Repair came highly recommended by our contractor and they did not disappoint. The team was AMAZING! Super responsive, professional, very hard working and diligent. The team worked clean and did a gorgeous job on our crawlspace encapsulation. Alex and his team (Francis & Dedric) were THE BEST. We really had a great experience and are so grateful for their expert work. They're really an impressive team."

"Got my crawlspace mold removed, encapsulated and a dehu installed for a fraction of other quotes. Very pleased."
