"Pat thoroughly inspected the property inside and out and made holistic recommendations to solve the suspected water problems. He was very professional and took time to explain his recommendations and considerations. Unlike the other companies I met with, he also provided options depending upon my budget and desire to start small or big and was willing to recommend a contractor to take down and rebuild the finished part of my basement. Overall estimate was comparable to others, approximate cost was for full basement and several windows. I ended up choosing a different company but the choice was close. I'd recommend contacting Arid when considering basement waterproofing.

This company is so honest and leads with great integrity that the inspector Tony identified the root cause of where our water was leaking into our basement and said we may not need to install French drains which would have cost us about $4,000. Our previous owner drilled holes into our sidewalk outside of fireplace that leads to our basement for termite treatment. The cement covering holes eroded and water was leaking into the basement. We covered the holes with cement 2 days ago and with this passing rain not one drop of water is in the basement.
