"They did a very good, quality repair to our foundation. It did take a few months to get service."

"Ryan and his team were prompt, professional and our concrete pad for our new shed was reasonably priced. I highly recommend Absolute Basement & Foundation Solutions for your next project!"

"Our foundation was sinking so we wanted to get someone in to shore it up. Josh installed 4 columns for us in the basement to ensure our floors wouldn't sink any further and crack any future flooring we put down. He was quick and efficient and came back a few times free of charge to make sure the mudding on the drywall was completely finished. I will definitely be hiring them again if we have any trouble with water or foundations."

"Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I took multiple bids on my basement project across basement companies in Columbus. Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. In my experience, they offer the most fair pricing."

"We hired Travis to straighten a 24' brick planter that had developed a severe bow and had motar issues. Travis and his crew were prompt, professional, and finished the work on time. Even with heavy rain delaying the project, the office called each day until they could start. When finished, the planter looked better than when first built. Also, the clean up was amazing. One would think work and customer service of this quality woukd be expensive. But, no, the cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend Travis / Bucklew Basement Waterproofing and Masony Repair."

"I was surprised that they did not warranty the repair that they did for me."

"Crew did a great job repairing the foundation"

"Lucas followed through on repairing cracked section of driveway from a full driveway install from last year. Rather than simply mending the cracks, he took out the entire small section and repoured it. His follow through and quick response were great."

"general maintenance work and planting two arbs."

"They did an excellent job and kept Me informed of each phase of the job they replaced the driveway front sidewalk and front stoop And turnaround would recommend"
