"First of all he accomidated my work schedule & did the work on a Saturday. He felt it was important for me to be home, to answer any questions & to periodically critique the progress, making sure that it was what I was wanted. He was late to arrive because he refused the quality of the stone I wanted & went to another supplier that had a better quality product. He called to let me know why he was late & gave me an approximate arrival time. He brought one other employee and both were very professional. They worked the whole day & didn't leave until I was satisfied with the end result. The next day I received an email asking if I had any questions or concerns about their completed job. That was impressive to me & showed me that the goal of Delanson Gardens is to provide the highest quality of work for their customer. I responded to that email in a joking manner telling him that my dog had pulled up some of the weed fabric. I asked him what the product was called because I would repair the area in the Spring. He replied with the information I asked for and then asked me when was a good time for him to come over and repair it. I ignored the email because I didn't want him to travel to Troy to repair a problem that my dog made. Well I came home from work this week and found my garden was repaired and the leaves were removed from the areas he worked on. What a wonderful surprise and another example of the pride he takes in his work & the importance of having a satisfied customer! I have already scheduled more work to be done in the Spring!

"Just too expensive for what you get. Feels like a big company nickel and dime move. I get having a trip charge. Which was $109. But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."
