"Sexton Brothers were great to work with. They were able to work within our budget, and provided us the 'fix' that our foundation needed."

"Francisco and his team were on time, professional, and did excellent work throughout the project. This company goes above and beyond to fix any foundational or flooring problem they encounter. Francisco is incredibly knowledgeable and communicates his recommendations very well. He kept me in the loop throughout the job so I always felt informed and included. He also sent pictures of the progress during and after project completion which was very helpful. I wouldn’t even consider going with anyone else!"

"David and his crew replaced my front slate/river rock walkway with beautiful, wood-looking stamped concrete, far exceeding what I had anticipated. A group of 5-6 skilled professionals produced a flawless, solid foot path that an Orlando friend of mine noted, “You brought the beach to Asheville,” (I had lived beachside in FL, and to my delight it does look a bit like a beach crossover). David refers to himself as a ‘concrete nerd’. I don’t think I’ve ever met one, but this term should serve as well-deserved flattery that he and his workers can enjoy. They’re a superior group with a superior company. Presently, I’m in the process of booking them for another home improvement project."

"Donny did a great job fixing my shop. The entire sill plate of the building had been eaten by termites. Donny had to lift the walls in portions and replace the sill and then poured a new concrete foundation over the dirt floor that was in place. The work was done quickly, he always kept the place clean, was respectful and very helpful explaining things and helping us understand what was going on. It was a great experience. I hired Donny again for another foundation repair when a wall on out converted carport was leaking at the base. Donny responded quickly, gave a good quote and got to work. He again left the place very clean and was really easy to work with. If i ever run into an issue I just call Donny."

"ZR Landscaping repaired my driveway after damage caused by Hurricane Helene. They were very easy to work with, listened to any concerns and did a wonderful job on my repair. Highly recommend!"

"Not only did they do great work and make it a great experience, but my dog put paws on the concrete 30 minutes after they left and they were kind enough to come fix it for me. Highly recommend."

"Clint Weimann was so very professional and explained issues with my foundation in a manner I could understand. The inspection was extremely thorough and I felt that I was getting the right kind of repair. I did not know what exactly was wrong when I contacted Mount Valley."

"Amazing!! I highly recommend Chase Property Maintenance."

"We had our crawlspace encapsulated a year ago. Ultimately, we are pleased with having lower humidity in our home and in our basement. This year, Austin came out and did my annual maintenance and was very informative and professional. He was very prompt with his arrival and kept me updated when he was on his way."

"Did a great job would use them again"
