"Paul responded quickly to my home with an assessment and quote to fix vertical hairline cracks in my concrete block foundation (100 years old). He provided the same information that I got from another mason (similar quote) and a structural engineer (phone consultation). I do that for every contractor. Work started on time and was done thoroughly and very well. They also reinforced two corners with GI mesh and high strength structural repair mortar. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. My basement is in good shape and I just wanted to make the CORRECT repairs, not just slap some cement over it then hide with Drylock. I'm confident in the work that was done and that it'll last another 100 years. Paul is obviously very proud of his work and I really appreciate that. I have to add that I did water diversion on the outside (downspouts and grading) in order to prevent water from getting to the foundation. My old downspouts led underground to a drain to the city system. They were obviously compromised, so capping and extended downspouts were a must. I feel souch better now! Thank you Paul!"

He climbed up into our attic spaces and told us exactly what we needed to do fix our problems. He was very knowledgeable and presented a plan that would eliminate and prevent a reoccurrence of the issue. We hired them. When it was time to do the work, he sent a crew of 2 gentleman (Nick and AJ). These guys were fantastic. They were polite, punctual and went right to work on solving the problems. He replaced the fixtures in a tub and a shower, adding shut-off valves and access doors, replaced the garbage disposal, replaced the faucets in 2 bathrooms and repaired a leak in the shower. "We needed a French drain to divert water around the base of a chimney. The gentleman who gave the assessment showed up on time and gave me an estimate on the spot. The office called me with an appointment and called again the day before the job was done. The men who showed up were early, reviewed the work order with me and were very professional. "Everdry is an excellent company! This is our third time hiring them. Nine years ago, they installed basement drainage channels around the inside perimeter of our basement. We have not had even 1 drop of water leakage since then. Two years ago they installed 5 strips of Stablewall to one wall of the basement which had a slight bulge. We were able to paint over that so that it blended in with the rest of the wall. Stablwall has prevented any further bulging of that wall. At that time, they explained that, although only half the wall had Stablewall strips, the entire wall was warranted against any additional cracking , bulging, or leaking. Recenty we noticed several hairline cracks between a few concrete blocks on this same wall. True to their warranty, Everdry promptly repaired the cracks at no additional charge. We also like that there is a lifetime transferrable warranty on all their work. Every time they have come, their workers have been very pleasant and professional, answering any of our questions, and cleaning up thoroughly. I cannot give this company enough stars!"

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"This is a superior company to work with. Extremely professional, honest, and friendly to work with. Neverwet came recommended to me by a friend last year when my basement was literally under water. Neil the owner came out himself to do the estimate in hours of notice from my friend that I desperately needed help with the situation in my basement as soon as possible. My basement was dry and odor free. 1 year later I sold this home and bought another to which I knew going in I was going to have water issues in the basement. The previous owners had another company come in and do work in the basement, however it was clear that what they did was not working as there was water on the floor and the wall blocks were soaked with water. I knew I was voiding the warranty which came with the home from the other company, however I knew I was making a better decision by having Neverwet come in and do the work.
