"Had a crack in foundation wall that was leaking. Called for estimate. Was scheduled in the evening to accommodate my work schedule. They called that evening to confirm and to let me know the exact time. Easy estimate that was very reasonable. Scheduled at my convenience and they arrived when scheduled. Lonnie was gracious and respectful and completed the work as originally quoted. Area was very clean and he explained every part of the process. I am soo happy When a contractor does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. Couldn't ask for better."

"Kevin was great to work with. He was one of the only companies to return my call during a busy fall season. His price was fair. He gave helpful suggestions which improved the quality of the slab. After preparing the ground he protected the area with a plastic covering to protect it from the next 5 days of rain. He also took the time and care to repair where the equipment made marks in our yard (which was expected after 5 days of rain!). I appreciate his follow through on completing the job well."

"Iran H, Chris M and Floyd C were the service people from Ohio Basement Authority who repaired a leaning concrete block foundation wall in the basement and installed a sump pump. They did excellent, considerate work and I would recommend them for a similar project."

"Always had water coming in basement until Stay Dry came out and took care of the crack in my foundation. Very pleased"

"Everdry waterproofed our basement several years ago and since then we have not had any water at all in our basement. They repaired some cracks in the foundation, installed a sump, excavated around the base of the foundation both inside and out and installed drainage. They completed the work within the time frame given and were very professional."

"R&J Masonry was excellent! Fast, efficient and quality work. I needed repairs for a section of my driveway that had cracked and was sinking. R&J inspected the property immediately and fixed it within a day, answering my questions and going above and beyond. I’d recommend them for jobs of any size."

"Mario and his team were excellent. When they arrived they started to work immediately removing the old bushes, trimming existing plants, clearing the beds, adding new plants/bushes , mulch and planting grass seeds. They even fixed a part of my brick wall that was missing some stones. They did a great job!"

"Excellent.  Professional and polite crew.  No damage to yard despite a lot of heavy loads moving across it.  The work looks perfect.  They sourced all materials in the local community.  Even the one issue in the job (a cracked flagstone) was handled by the owner personally and will be resolved to my satisfaction.  Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

"Brock installed side steps and porch along with back steps and railings. He was able to access the foundation after removing the old steps and he discovered that the concrete beneath them was not level. He quoted a very reasonable price to fix it and he was able to complete the job and install the steps in a very timely manner. His work was excellent! I will be hiring him for all of my future projects!"

"They explained everything very well, and they fixed the foundation without ripping out my front porch. They have awesome payment plans as well!"
